efficient, honest--perfect
I first went to Import auto for my "quick" emissions check-- I was sold. When my car started clunking-- I didn't think about going anywhere else. They were able to search and find the problem and get me an estimate so quickly. I love there work environment I get more done in there office working then I usually do in my own office. ESSENTIAL for busy moms-- go HERE!!...

Honest & Efficient
I was used to only taking my car to the dealership to be serviced and had to pay "dealer" prices. To try and be more frugal, I went to an independent mechanic that ended up using "shoddy" parts and costing me more money at the dealership. At this vulnerable point, with my car broken down and caught between the dealership and the mechanic- I went with the dealer. They ended up overcharging me by almost $1000.00 which I was later able to recover when I was not in such a tight spot. I will continue to use Import Auto and recommend them. They are a "class act" when it comes to service which is a rarity these days. As a female, I trust their advice.

Generally Good Service
I have used these guys for brake work and was very satisfied with the price and results. They are a very honest group of folks. Because of this, I am trying to maintain an objective view of the following scenario:
Recently, I had some wiring work done on my car door. For whatever reason, after I received my car back, there was a noticeable gap where wind was coming through.
IA tells me that they did not mess with the door and that the panels were the only things they removed and also noticed the same gap. Because I have z-fold doors they would have refused service if they had to remove them.
I have had the car for almost 4 years and have never noticed wind noise or a gap where daylight can be seen, but these guys insist that it was there all along. The bolts that hold the door in place show sign of turning since the grit and oil is rubbed off.
Not happy.

Best all around in town!!
Import Auto's is a very reliable business and customer driven business! They have a great turnaround time which is important to our business. Their customer service is excellent and always does a thorough inspection!!We highly recommend Import Auto!

Very honest auto shop...hard to find these days...
These guys run an absolutely fair and professional business.They are honest,easy to communicate with and NOT CHEAT you like many others.Its hard to find such shop.Actually I feel amazed and out of this world that I've found *such* an honest business.
I went there for them to check engine check light on and squeaking brakes.They checked thoroughly through their diagnostic test.They came back with results and told me your car is ready and it wouldn't cost me any money.The Mgr. gives me all the details and recommendation required for the car
If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you Import Auto ....
