This company is terrible. Damaged my home and my furniture during my recent move and will not respond to my many calls and emails to have the items repaired. They also never returned tools my father lent them claiming they were lost- but they would replace- Again, nothing yet and it has been almost a month! Moving- BEWARE!!!

Movers didn't show.No phone calls to update me. Excuse was scheduling error. No apology. No offer for inconvenience. Man on phone made it seem like it was my fault since it was the end of the month and the scheduling gets busy. Tone of voice was loud and extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. BEWARE.

I was horrified by this moving "company". They stole from our boxes and damaged our living room furniture. No one answers our requests for damages to our furniture. I have filed a police report and found others with similar claims. do yourself a favor and use another moving company unless you don't care about your stuff.

In a jiffy is the best. I hired these guys to move me from a storage to my apartment and they did an excellent job. But it all started that morning on my way to the storage I caught a flat tire, I called to let them know, and they sent 2 guys over right away to help me. I got my spare tire fixed and we were on our way to the storage.

They moved us from DC to Philly, it took them 12hrs and they caused over $2000 in damages. We we're insured but now they won't respond to any of our claims. We are forced to file a lawsuit. Good luck to the next mark because they just flat out steal...

These guys were awesome they got everything moved right on time I was still able to make my 1:00 appointment and my move was scheduled for 8:00. These guys worked non-stop. By the time the last piece was taken off the truck the other guy was loading up the supply. I was so happy my schedule wasn't effected by this move even though I expected it to be.

Scheduled a move two weeks ahead of time and was told I would receive a confirmation email to direct me to a Pay Pal account to make a deposit. After a week and still no e-mail, called to get the e-mail sent again. Repeated this three times with three different e-mail addresses and nothing (nothing in the spam filters either). After getting tired of going back and forth, called back to just cancel the appointment altogether, was told my information wasn't even in the books, and was hung up on by the customer service rep.
