After my eye exam, choosing to go with contacts. I was told it would be 25 dollars to show me how to put them in and the next available training was in two weeks. I was told I couldn't get the contacts until I paid and took the training. I would think this is part of the 300.00 exam.??? I was speechless.

New insurance meant finding a new Optometrist. Looking for an Optometrist closer to home, I found "IFEC" and thought I'd give them a try. Wow, FABULOUS frames and an even more FABULOUS team to work with. Bonnie welcomes you with her warm demeanor. Next up is Dr. Chretien who by far is one of the most thorough doctors I've encountered. Finally you meet with Steve who definitely makes sure that when leaving IFEC you will have the most cutting edge frame and be the envy of Atlanta! Run to IFEC..you won't be disappointed.

I am going to be very factual. I got my eyes checked here. He changed both my contact brand and base curve and told me I could sleep in them. I called the office to say the new contacts were driving me nuts twice. The third time I said I needed to come in that afternoon because my eye was very red and irritated and was told wait 2 days. I then returned to my office where thedoctor who informs me 1 Purevision 2 is daily wear only 2 I have an eye infection and 3. that I have flat corneas so the lens was not an ideal fit. I called bausch and Lomb with the numbers the doctor had given me 40 and 41.5 and these were not a recommended fit for me and are NOT FDA Approved to sleep in. The doctor refuses to acknowledge he screwed up and only wants to provide a partial refund. His absolute refusal to say I made a mistake is what I find most irritating.

I was really impressed with Dr. Chretien. He answered all my questions and explained what he was checking throughout the exam. He really knows his stuff. Overall it was much better experience than going to a chain like Lenscrafters.

I visited twice before I finally saved the $ to buy my dream specs. Steve was patient and gave honest opinions. He gave me all the options for my rather complicated prescription. Minutes after I ordered and paid for them, I had a bike accident and smashed my old glasses to smithereens. When I checked in a few days later to see when my new specs would be ready, Steve and Dr. C insisted I come in to get a "loaner" pair. Wow. I was so impressed and appreciative. This is the perfect reason to shop LOCALLY. Buy your glasses HERE.

I never post reviews but I want to share how exceptional Dr. Chretien and Steve are. Exceptional customer service, friendly and very knowledgable. Dr. Chretien settles for nothing but the best for your eyes and he educates you in a very relatable way. I learned about eye health in a way that no other Dr. Has taken the time to relate to me and it was as one who wants to educate, help and empower. Office hours are really great. Check them out!

I usually don't post reviews; however I can't stop raving about the "personable" service Dr. Chretien provided as a first-time visitor. Also, I've never had an eye doctor promote preventive medicine and explain about the health of the eye all in one examination. I've referred a number of my co-workers and will definitely consider Dr. Chretien my Primary Eye Physician :).

I have been wearing glasses for years and am so glad to have discovered a neighborhood optician to establish a relationship with. I have been to several places and have often left feeling taken advantage of, or slightly dissatisfied, until now. These guys are consistent, helpful, patient, and service oriented. I recently switched to contacts and they worked with me for weeks to find just the right strength lenses for each eye. I never felt rushed, or pressured to make a decision. I tell everyone about them.

My experience at InFocus was fantastic. I had never had a real, in-depth eye exam before. I have had my eyes examined at the DMV and at Walmart vision, but after this exam I realized that I had never had a REAL, in-depth exam before my InFocus exam. Dr. Chretien explained everything to me as he was examining my eyes. He took the time to answer every question I had. I work at a surgical center and chose my current employer because the doctor cares more about helping the patients than they do about the how much your treatment is going to be worth to them. I found the same to be true at InFocus. Even though I had a rather low corrective prescription (or whatever you call it), Dr. Chretien and his optician, Steven, gave me their undivided attention when they were with me. After the eye exam, Steven helped me pick out my frames. I had only ever bought cheap Lens Crafters and Walmart readers, so I thought all glasses were supposed to look bad; the frames at InFocus are GORGEOUS! Steven was so helpful in choosing frames. He helped me realize which ones weren't right for me and helped me narrow down the right ones. He wasn't pushy at all. I could definitely tell he was honest when Steven told me that the pair of glasses that looked the best on me was actually not the most expensive. I am not used to any salesperson not trying to make the most money they could off of someone. It is so refreshing to know that there is an honest, patient-focused clinic nearby.

I came in for an eye exam to get new glasses and contacts. I have to say it was the most thorough eye exam I have ever received. The selection of frames was great, I got some super cool black frames that I am constantly getting compliments on. I will definitely go back. Got to have some super cool sunglasses next. The Dr. and staff were great!

Seldom am I overly fashion-centric, as designer brands matter only peripherally to me, and I tend to buy eyewear with my focal point on need, comfort and durability; however, I must say that in buying a pair of RayBan sunglasses at In Focus Eye Center, I got everything I sought and more. After an exemplary eye exam that was prompt and purposeful, the staff helped me choose the frame that would look and feel best on me and with ease they fit precisely-shaped and shaded prescription lenses into the frame. The staff at In Focus are great people, friendly and helpful, and I must send them Thanks for the bounty of compliments I found when I wore my new sunglasses to my brother's wedding! A tux and amazing shades equals win.
