I was really impressed with Dr. Chretien. He answered all my questions and explained what he was checking throughout the exam. He really knows his stuff. Overall it was much better experience than going to a chain like Lenscrafters.

I visited twice before I finally saved the $ to buy my dream specs. Steve was patient and gave honest opinions. He gave me all the options for my rather complicated prescription. Minutes after I ordered and paid for them, I had a bike accident and smashed my old glasses to smithereens. When I checked in a few days later to see when my new specs would be ready, Steve and Dr. C insisted I come in to get a "loaner" pair. Wow. I was so impressed and appreciative. Great doc, very professional assistants, cool selection of frames. Don't go anywhere else. This is the place you want to be!

I never post reviews but I want to share how exceptional Dr. Chretien and Steve are. Exceptional customer service, friendly and very knowledgable. Dr. Chretien settles for nothing but the best for your eyes and he educates you in a very relatable way. I learned about eye health in a way that no other Dr. Has taken the time to relate to me and it was as one who wants to educate, help and empower. Office hours are really great. Check them out!

I usually don't post reviews; however I can't stop raving about the "personable" service Dr. Chretien provided as a first-time visitor. Also, I've never had an eye doctor promote preventive medicine and explain about the health of the eye all in one examination. I've referred a number of my co-workers and will definitely consider Dr. Chretien my Primary Eye Physician :).
