Ralph has rescued my computer on a couple of occasion; the last being over a weekend when Ralph had the kids for the weekend. Mysteriously, my computer refused to accept my login information. Perplexed and fearing the worst (...all of my data had been lost) I called Ralph. Ralph worked on fixing the problem, even though his children were clamorring for more of his attention on a Saturday. After a couple hours of work, Ralph was able to fix the problem, and I again had access to my data. Thank you Ralph.

Thanks Ralph for setting up my online backup. I feel more secure if (or should I say when) my laptop crashes that I will not lose my data.It was painless and a great price. Chris V

I needed help quickly and Ralph was incredibly responsive and thorough. In addition, he followed up afterwards to ensure I was still "up & running". I trust Ralph and his work completely and would refer him to anyone I know.

Professional. Great Value. Ralph took great care with my computer and saved data which would have been devastating to loose. The world of IT is necessary for today's businesses and when problems arise it is nice to know that they can be solved. You are a miracle worker!!! CBuck

Ralph Kirkland of In-House Tech Support was very courteous over the phone. He was able to come over on the same day and work on my problems. When a problem reoccurred (due to something my server changed) he returned at the next available time for us both. He was prompt and professional on both visits. I felt confident in his work and would reuse him.
