This is the best pet care in the area. The staff is very nice and trustworthy and my cat (who hates everyone, including myself) loves them! Once you try them you will be a happy camper and your pets will too!

Very friendly manager. My dogs seemed happy when I picked them up after boarding them for 11 days. I did not choose to have them washed before I picked them up so they were a little smelly. But other than that, I think the overall care was fine.

They were pretty good, I would have given them all stars if not one mishap...I asked in advance if I can bring their own dishes wich were mounted on top of their food storage bin. I had to send them a picture and it was approved. When we got there I taught the girl how to twist the bowl off to get to the food inside. When we picked them up, they were eating out of the silver dishes on the floor, and apparently the staff didn't know to twist the bowl to get to the food so they forced it and broke the plastic. That really annoyed us because they didn't fess up when we got there, we just saw it when we got home. Other than that they said our dogs were happy.

I was always very scared to leave my pet at the Kennel until I took her to Indian Shoals in Dacula. The staff is friendly, understanding and knowledgeable. They are the best around!!!

My husband and I decided to go out of town at the last minute last weekend so I was trying to find a pet hotel quickly. I saw Indian Shoals here on Kudzu and decided with the good reviews it would be worth the drive. When I called them they told me I may be closer to their new location (Pets Inn Suites) in Braselton. It turns out that the new location is 2 minutes from my house! (What a plus!) Even though they are still under construction here I could tell it was a top notch facility. The suites were nicely decorated, clean, and quite "posh" for dogs :-) Our 5 month old mini dachshund stayed for 4 days. He seemed happy and healthy when we picked him up. I had him bathed and his nails trimmed while he was there as well. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I asked for extra "TLC time" everyday for Cooper and it was not on my bill when I picked him up. I told the lady when I called that morning before bringing him and I put it on the online reservations but forgot to mention it when I checked him in. In the back of my mind I thought it would be linked to the reservation I had made. It was no big deal and overall I am VERY pleased. I am planning on taking Cooper back for some obedience training soon. Highly recommended!

When my husband and I are going out of town for more than a long weekend, we make the drive to Indian Shoals Pet Resort. I only wish they were closer so that we could board our dogs here all the time! We love the indoor/outdoor runs the facility offers, and the kennels are clean and well-maintained. We purchase dog-walking and extra outdoor playtime at reasonable rates for our dogs while we're away, and we always come home to relaxed, well-exercised animals. It's nearly two hours round-trip for us to drop our dogs off here, but if we're going out of town for more than a few days, we make the trip!

Wish they were nearer to Roswell. When I lived in Lawrenceville we always boarded our 2 dogs (a Weimaraner and a German shorthaired pointer) at Indian Shoals. Our dogs were always healthy and happy after a stay. The facilities are clean and the staff friendly. I'll probably keep making the drive when we have to leave them longer than a weekend.

If you have to leave your beloved pet, this is the place to leave them. The animals are well cared for and entertained. They offer lots of activities to keep your pets happy and entertained. My kids love to pick camp activities for their pets, and I enjoy picking up a pet that's not overstressed or ignored!! This is the cleanest kennel I've ever seen and one that LOVES for you to stop by unannounced to see how nice it is ALL the time!! Great people who really care about keeping your pet happy.

I have never used them for boarding, but they would be my first choice if I ever needed someone because I have checked the runs out when I was there for grooming. I regularly have one hard-to-handle wooly booger groomed there and another periodically, and they've never disappointed!
