My bill was past due and they sent me one letter that it was past due. Then they disconnected my service with no warning although they CLAIMED that they sent my roommate and I various emails which is nonsense because we never received anything from them. We paid the balance in full and our services are not cut back on because I have to pay an additional $150 deposit that they FAILED TO INFORM US ABOUT. DO NOT use infinite energy

Be careful!!! When you terminate their service, you may need to pay the service charge for the next month automatically. Let's say if you want to terminate the service by the end of Jan. But, you will need to pay the bill for Feb as well. Be careful!!!!!!!!!! Do not use this company.

Less than 30 days after I paid on the last bill sent to me I received a letter from the "legal" called a Notice of Pending Action. I had paid everything they had ever billed me for. If there was some kind of mistake (and I don't believe there was) They could have called me. I guess they wan't me upset so I will NEVER consider using their services again. In my experience REASONABLE businesses contact their customers prior to send them to collections. I would advise all who want to deal with a REASONABLE business to look elsewhere.

When we moved in AugustI paid the balance on my account, cancelled the service, and provided my forwarding address. I didn't receive a bill in September, so I assumed that I had cancelled before the next billing cycle. Wrong, apparently! On October 9, I received notice from a collections agency threatening "impending" action, and the amount listed was double what it should have been for a month of service. When I tried to log into my old account to see the invoice, I got a message directing me to contact their legal department. Seriously?

When I signed up to lock in my rate, I was told that if I move out of state they would waive the cancellation fee, if I moved to a place where they did not provide service. I told them that this was a very real possibility. As it turned out, I moved form Georgia to Florida, where they do not provide service. They billed me for the cancellation fee, so I wrote a letter requesting a waiver, as I was instructed to do. Instead of being granted a waiver, they billed me an extra $10 for being late with the waiver fee. This company is a real piece of work. I would never do business with them again and I suggest that you don't either.
