I think this is a very helpful and caring office from when you walk in. Inline Chiropractic is a very patient oriented the focus is you not what drugs or surgeries can be done.

I was in a motorcycle accident and was referred to Dr Drew by chiropractor in Chino cause I could not travel to see her. Dr Drew has answered all my questions about what is going on with my treatment and showed me what was going on with my back with the x rays he took. In 3 weeks he has taken alot of my lower back pain away. Thank you Dr Drew.

but not sure about this. I was there for the very first time around June 21st. As I sat in the waiting area, I over heard the receptionist/scheduler pressing a patient to give a testimonial. Another patient, she was giving medical advice to as he left. The visit is taped, which I was not comfortable with and although everyone was very nice, it seemed forced and superficial. Lots of giggle/chit chat from the front office workers. Tatoos...not very professional. The person sitting at the front was calling on a patient's insurance and I could hear plainly the patient's first, last name and problem...sure that is a HIPPA violation. The whole experience made me feel like I had walked onto a car lot. Very eager to make a sale. I was given a complimentary message and was having some shoulder pain, so the focus became my shoulder...had to return on another day for the results of my exrays. Dr. himself presented the "payment" plan options....
