Dr. Fowler and Dr. Eubanks are really awesome with my pets - I have a sr golden and she is always so nervous but they are great with her each time. Dr. Eubanks did surgery on her about 3 years ago and Lady is just perfect now! Great vet - highly recommended.

I visited this vet a few times. The first time my cat had a skin hot spot. They gave me about $200 in prescription medicines, none of which worked. The last and FINAL time I went to IAH, I picked up my cat who had been shoved in his kitty kennel for over 6 hours with a dirty towel and after being upset had messed inside the kennel. The tech brought the kennel to my car, went inside and locked the door. When I got home and had to clean up the Vet's mess, my cat was terrified. I called and talked to the head Vet the next day and he blamed everything on my "unruly" animal. In the past 3 1/2 years, not one vet has complained about my cat and he has never shown signs of aggressive behavior. I felt I had to share and encourage everyone to AVOID this vet! In the past 25 years of owning animals I have never had an experience like this.

the dr was sweet and loving, the tech i met was adorable. the staff is attrocious. i was told the dr wouldn't see me unless i paid a past due bill. as long as i've been going there, i was insulted, and won't go back. very expensive, loud, rude, staff. i have also gone to briarcliff, who i also owe a balance, but they have NEVER mentioned it, when i was trying to set an appointment..this was very cold.

I'm very surprised by the negative reviews of IHP on here. I began taking my dog here instead of my regular vet b/c my uncle called me and asked me to take his dog to see Dr. Fowler after she was bitten badly by another dog. Watching Dr. Fowler handle this poor little dog who was clearly hurting was wonderful--he was so gentle and patient with her. I decided then to begin taking my dog there. I took my dog for her set of shots when she was due, and though it was a little expensive, it's worth it b/c they are great with her. The front staff is great, albeit a little loud and outspoken. But they are very knowledgeable and helpful. I even board my dog here, and the guy who takes care of the kennel was great and was very excited to be able to play fetch with my dog! My dog came back happy. I highly recommend Dr. Fowler and IHP to everyone, and I even carry their business cards to pass to my new pet sitting clients if they need vet help.

While searching for a new vet for my very sick cat, I read reviews of Inman on a couple of sites that were not so positive, in particular, negative comments about the front desk staff. Since the positive reviews far outweighed the negative, especially those about Dr. Fowler, I took my chances. My experience was extremely positive, with all the staff. The front desk was caring, polite and interested in my cat. Dr. Fowler was sweet, gentle, caring and explained my cats condition and treatment in detail. One of the assistants cradled my cat and brushed him while Dr. Fowler spoke with me. I found everyone to be true animal lovers and sensitive to me, the owner. Dr. Fowler himself gave me a tour of the cat boarding area. It was clean and I saw small touches that indicate that great care is taken to insure that the cats staying there are cared for. I will use their boarding facility when I travel next. On the whole, this was a very pleasant experience. My cat was properly diagnosed and is on the mend. I am extremely grateful to Dr. Fowler and is caring staff. Oh, and their facilty is comfortable and very nicely done.

I have taken my puppy to Inman since I got her, and I'm less than impressed. When I brought her for her first visit, she was diagnosed with mange, and I had to get her a series of expensive chemical dips to treat it. Since I am a college student, I inquired as to how much they would be. The doctor treating her then became very rude, and told me that it "didn't matter, I had to get them done." My friend's dog later came down with the same illness, and was treated for half the cost at Briarcliff, and as soon as I have a car, I'm going there. The vet techs at Inman are all wonderful and friendly, but the two grumpy front desk people, who once yelled at me for my dog barking because they, quote, "were doing a euthanasia in the other room" (totally unprofessional!) need to go.

I have 3 dogs and have been a client of IAH for 7 years. The clinic was old and dilapidated- but they tore it down and built a WONDERFUL new animal hospital about a year ago. The staff is friendly, informative, professional, and fun. They really care about my dogs! Obviously they are very busy all the time for a good reason! Dr.Fowler is very compassionate,friendly, and professional veterinarian! HIGHLY RECCOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Fowler is a consumate professional. He is so kind to Carl (my english bulldog) and so well informed. I truly love going to the vet. The front office staff has always been so friendly. The new hospital is great for the neighborhood, as well. Thanks Inman!

"Forgot" to give our cats their feline leukemia shots at one visit, but were more than happy to take our money for it. Maybe 2 of the entire staff really know what they're doing, the rest seem very incompetent. Nice people, but that's not really enough.

Took my cat there and found out he had kidney stones. They held him overnight for observation. They released him but couldn't tell me if he urinated. (after some mumbling they said he had.) The next day I had to rush my cat to a 24hour vet to have the stones removed.

The new facility is great and the vet gave me & my dog nearly 30 minutes of dedicated time. Very impressive. But, I felt a little uncomfortable with the office staff (a bit gruff) and questioned some of their procedures.

I love the staff at Inman. They always seem to be in a fluster whether there are 2 or 12 customers there and they are slightly surly in a funny way. The doctors are very caring although I would like to see more discussion of costs and necessity of certain procedures. They do seem a bit expensive sometimes but they can handle my old crotchety beagle who cannot stand strangers, especially those who want to touch him, so they are winners to me.

I originally read some of the other reviews and decided not to take my dog here. After trying another vet with no sucess, I decide to give Inman Animal Hospital a try. It turned out to be a great decision. I thought the staff was helpful and kind with "my boy," as they refer to him. I dropped him off for the day, Dr. Ray called me and spent quite a bit of time with me over the phone discussing his findings and all the options with me. Upon picking up my dog, he was happy and in no rush to leave. They obviously treated him very well while I went to work - Nothing is more important!
