I came to Innoative Home Concepts after not finding what I was looking for in the usual stores in town. I live in the historic area in Elgin and wanted windows that complimented the home, but that were energy efficient as well as cost effective.

The salesman, very laid back and helpful, I worked with took the time to explain the details and features of the windows I was interested in. It was a very good price for the windows, less expensive then I would have thought. The installation went quick, the crew took away the old windows, and I would recommend this company to anyone looking to make their home more energy efficient - they have a huge selection and you are sure to find what you want at a fair price.

Needed new replacement windows. Our windows were old and drafty. I looked around at the big box stores but I knew I could not do the job. I got quotes from two window installers and went with Innovative Home Concepts. They did a great job installing our replacement windows. They are a good company. I like them a lot. I would recommend them to family and friends.

We had been putting off having our windows replaced because it seemed like an overwhelming task. Well, we picked the right company and the right windows. Everything went very well: from our meeting with our consultant, Bernt, to the installation of the windows. We are very pleased and glad we also got in on the $1500 Federal rebate plus Milgard's rebate. Thank you!

Thank you! You took an overwhelming experience and made it fun and easy! I absolutely love my new windows and siding. As you said, my house is much quieter! I sleep better and I've actually had to adjust the temperatures on my thermostat. I look forward to the reduced energy bills this winter! Siding looks great, windows are so easy to use. I Love it! We needed just a small portion of our house measured & fitted for gutters. The salesman came right on schedule, the gutters arrived early and they were able to install faster than originally planned. Staff at billing & customer service were extremely friendly; we plan on calling Innovative Home Concepts again when we are ready to fix up the next part of our never-ending home improvements! Thanks to them, we won't see our foundation washed away during a rainstorm!
