We pride ourselves on our unique company culture which exemplifies a "work hard-play hard" mentality. All of our offices across the country are full of passionate professionals who are career and team-oriented, friendly, outgoing, and have the renowned "do what it takes" mentality that has made us successful. The supportive, yet competitive, environment at Insight Global drives individuals to achieve their personal best every day. Coworkers push each other to achieve the highest levels of success, while at the same time provide encouragement and assistance whenever needed. The leadership team in the company also works on behalf of the employees, so even new employees will always have the support necessary from leadership to find success. The teams built here are strong; employees even consider their Insight Global coworkers as part of a second family. The relationships made in the office extend beyond the work environment, and it's common for employees to play on sports teams together, go on trips together, and plan after-hours events for the entire office. Overall, the culture at Insight Global is something that we not only pride ourselves on, but we believe is essential to the success of our company and the happiness of our employees. It's what makes each individual's career with us more than just a job.

As an IGI employee of 3 years, I have to agree with the other IGIEmployee. I heard about IGI from my university's career center, and began the interview process with an on campus interview. I loved the high-energy, conversational approach to an interview, and understood immediately that I would fit in with the company culture. When I heard I would be making a base salary, uncapped commission, 100% company paid benefits and had an opportunity to be promoted based on work ethic and merit, I knew that I had found the company I wanted to work for. I was told the entire way through the process that the hours were 7-5 (and compared to my brother who works 80 hours a week minimum as a financial analyst, and my sister who does marketing 9am-9pm for pennies in New York), that seemed fine with me, especially because you are working for uncapped commission. I have not found anything that my recruiter or interviewers said to be false, and have loved working my way up in the company. This is a place for people who want an opportunity to work for a fast growing company, great people who challenge you daily, and definitely want to work with people in a sales/ relationship management position. It's not for everyone, but if you are looking for these things, consider applying!

I worked for IGI for a few years. It's not a perfect organization, but those don't exist. It's definitely a place for opportunity and advancement, if you want it. I had to move back home for family reasons but still keep in touch with the majority of my team. It's hard, but an amazing opportunity. Interview and find out for yourself!
