We used this service for our home inspection as a recommendation from our realtor. The home inspector made no mention of the outdoor patio being poured flush up against the siding of the house and the foundation. When it rains hard, water seeps into the inside space. We are now in the process of getting pricing to remove the whole patio and lower it a few inches which also involves re-grading the land around the patio and thousands of dollars in unexpected costs. Consider looking elsewhere.

Hello - We would like to begin by saying thank you for being kind enough to allow our company to provide you with our professional home inspection services over 8 months ago. However, we are sorry to learn that you were not completely satisfied. After examining the inspection report, it shows that our certified inspector included in his 39-page report, dozens of specific areas of concern and high quality photographs, including multiple infrared photos. In the report, items #5 and #6, he specifically documented the patio area as it relates to water intrusion. As stated on the report, "A qualified contractor should evaluate and make repairs and/or replace as necessary to prevent water intrusion." In addition to that information, our inspector also included 7 photos specifically of that area that highlighted his findings. Additionally, our inspector also included a section describing previous water intrusion in the basement area on item #43 within the report. The inspector added that typical repairs for preventing water intrusion include "improving perimeter grading." As you were made aware of these moisture issues, you requested that our team return to the property to perform a mold test, which we did. As you may know, a professional home inspection involves observing hundreds of thousands of items. All thumbs up!! From customer service to the inspector, they have been very professional. Great communication, on time,(inspector was actually early on site) fair priced and detailed work. Inspect-all is prompt, professional and fairly priced. I highly recommend them and their services. Their technicians are courteous and their customer service specialists are patient. I called them and they came out the very same day, issued report immediately and dispatched technicians to service the property so we could close within 7-days. I highly recommend them.

I found Inspect-All Services on the Kudzu website. When I called, I received professional and courteous customer service. They explained the process to me and penciled me in asap. My inspector was Tim Poss. I arrived at the home roughly 5 minutes before the scheduled inspection. To my surprise, Tim was already at the residence working. This was a major plus as punctuality is very important to me. He was friendly and knowledgeable while explaining what I needed to know about the repairs that were needed. By the time I returned home to my existing residence, a very detailed inspection was waiting in my inbox. The report helped this first time buyer negotiate the repairs needed with the seller. This was a great experience. I will recommend Inspect-All to my family and friends.

We had a home that we are thinking about buying and we called Inspect-All Services. They send out a inspector name Marty Lunsford. He did a super job. He took a lot of pictures and described things we needed to know what was wrong or if there wasn't anything wrong under the pictures. I was impressed the things he saw and documented and took pictures . I called him to ask him questions and he return my call and was very helpful. If every I had to do this again, I hope they will send Marty Lunsford.( I will request for him). Think you Marty for your help. My opinion is, If you need someone to inspect your home or thinking about buying a home, call Inspect-All Services.

Tom Maybury has done several of the inspections on properties that I've sold, sometimes I've represented the Seller and sometimes I've got the Buyer. In either case, Tom is always pleasant and does a good job on his inspections. He's a professional, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to my clients, friends and family.

What a great experience. Signed up on Kudzu for their services on Sunday and they installed on Wednesday. Chris did the work for Inspect-All Services. What a true professional and a good guy. Chris took the time to explain the Sentricon System and how it kills the termites. He also walked me around the exterior of my house and showed me where he was going to install the bait. Will recommend Inspect-All Services to my friends and family.

Andy was great. He was punctual, thorough and explained everything that he did. He inspected and treated the house from attic to basement, garage, and outside. He spent about 2 hours. I was so impressed, I signed up for the quarterly treatments. I'm thankful I decided to contact Inspect-All when I saw them at my neighbor's. Only issue was how long it took to get an appointment. Ryan and I kept missing each other via email.

Tom did both my pre-drywall inspection and the final inspection on a newly built condo I was purchasing. He was so thorough, and so clearly committed to doing a great job that I really felt comfortable that my best interests were being represented. I know he has more than 20 years in the home building business, so he understands what to look for on new construction. His report was thorough, easy to understand, had color photos and was available the next day. I definitely recommend their services.

Robert Flores did a thorough inspection of the home I was looking to purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and able to explain to me, a first-time home buyer what I needed to know about termites and rodents. He gave me a detailed report to use in negotiations with the seller and I would recommend him happily.

my client was happy with the service provided. Reason for not rating above average: When a particular test was not provided the claim was made that it was not ordered and that's just not accurate. The company rep who called me in response to the Kudzu rating had attitude & did not seem to be concerned that they could be losing a future source of referrals.

Thank you for the review and for taking my phone call this morning. As we discussed on the telephone, we are sorry to hear that you weren't completely satisfied with our home inspection services performed last week. After our conversation, I hope you now have a better understanding of how the miscommunication and possible mishap occurred. We listened to the recorded calls and our scheduler never confirmed the mold testing portion, therefore our inspector did not have the specialty equipment with him. We did, however perform a radon test and termite inspection along with the professional home inspection. Our inspector did attempt to leave the property the way he found it, however there were children present at the inspection and he suspects they could have inadvertently turned the lights on behind him once he completed his inspection.
