Would ALWAYS use and recommend!
They were thorough, knowledgeable, detailed and professional. The report has helped many times since the inspection and I will continue to use Inspectors Assoc. and always recommend them to my friends and family. It is great to have someone that you can call afterwards with follow up questions and have them still willing to take the time to help, even months or years after you use them! They appreciate how important your home is to you. Wonderful experience!

Got my house a physical
These guys gave my home a physical that detailed every area that needed to be addressed before I bought my house. Now I use it (remaining items on the list) as a tool to know which issues still need to be addressed with regards to home repairs. They didn't miss anything on my inspection and I know their services saved me a great deal of money and time in the long run. Very professional and easy to deal with!

Thorough Review, Excellent Documentation
As a homeowner, I'd suggest hiring this guy every year to do a review. He found excessive heat coming from HVAC breakers in electrical panel: a simple repair (replace breakers) on something which would have been a dangerous problem in a few years. Found several significant maintenance issues and original construction errors of which I was unaware. Extremely well documented (pay for the optional pictures) which helps me show handyman what needs to be done. Unbelievably good, and well worth $520. Was at my house 3.5 hours.

Thorough and Knowledgeable
Wow. I used Inspectors Associates for a recent home inspection and I'm extremely pleased. Stan and Sean were true professionals - prompt, thorough and knowledgeable. They took the time to show me each item of concern and provided a clear and detailed report fully customized for my new home, not the standard boilerplate content used by many inspectors. Highly recommended.
