For Special Occasions or not
My company sent my Mother and I a meal when my Father died and it was just what we needed. Since then I have ordered them a few times for special occasions, and every time the food has been great. For my Mother and I, the meal for two is really two full meals - there is a lot of entree, vegetable and salad. The Meals of the Month are the best. I recommend them for special occasions or when you want a night in - with a night out cuisine.

A special surprise
A friend sent this to me after my return from the hospital. I felt like I was at a gourmet restaurant right in my own kitchen. What a wonderful meal and it was my choice too!

Delicious meal from Instead of Flowers
Good friends of ours sent us a delicious meal (beef brisket) after the birth of our son. Everything about the meal was delightful and it was so nice to enjoy a healthy dinner with my husband. I would highly recommend a meal from Instead of Flowers and plan to gift one to friends in the future!

Was great and so appreciated!
Recently received a meal (roasted turkey and dressing) from a friend after I had surgery. The food was excellent (even the steamed broccoli tasted delicious hours after the arrival). My family and I were so pleased. I will be using them for meals for others in the future!
