They will monitor your security but don't fall for any incentives. If you have any problems the President will not call you back. They promised me a rebate program, cut me the first check. The second check was suppose to come the following week. It has been over a month and they won't address it. I reported them to the BBB but they still don't care.

Their rep had to check out our cellular backup device in the attic to see if they could use it. He turned around, stepped off the wood platform and fell through my ceiling. Honest mistake I guess. It could have happened to anyone. However, their company won't be responsible to repair my ceiling. They avoid all my calls and never return them. They claim they've turned it over to their insurance company but funny enough, no one at the insurance company will call me either. Wouldn't you think if you damage someone's home, you should do the responsible thing to fix it? It's now been four months and they still owe me $500.00 for the repair. As for their misleading statements at the Homeshow, I was told that their system would work with an iPhone app to control my house and view video feed on my phone. Couldn't find anyone in their office who could explain how it would work. I was directed to a tech who told me I'd have some cumbersome setup that would require me to log in two different ways to get everything accomplished and they weren't even ready to launch it yet anyway. That was the only reason I asked them to give me a quote because I thought they were on the cutting edge of technology. Boy was I wrong. I was also wrong about their integrity. They have been totally irresponsible.

There is very little difference in security companies - all the ads promising 'Free' systems actually do deliver on that but the key is in the monitoring and what kind of add ons you need. If all you need is basic break in protection, opt for that and the bare minumum monitoring. If you want to add fire, carbon monoxide or any kind of cell phone based monitoring, you can bank on higher costs. This company is no different than any other but they will give their sales reps leeway to negotiate so ask for whatever deal you can get!

We've had the same experience as Billisanass review. Pulte homes uses them to do what they call "structured wiring" for our new home. They install RJ45 jacks but only used 4 pairs and cut off the remaining 4 (rather than wrapping them around the cable for future expansion). They did the same in the Leviton Structured Media enclosure. As a result, I have to reinstall the enclosure to get enough slack to correctly punch down the jacks for home networking. When I emailed them asking them why they improperly installed it, they offered to send me a quote to convert it to a network setup even though Pulte sells it as a phone/data jack.

I called Brinks, Ackerman, Phoenix & ADT before getting to IE. IE's salesman was super nice, threw in extras what the other companies were charging for. They came out and installed my system, the tech was very nice and professional. I have had 2 false alarms since installing and they were super responsive. Best money ever spent. Great company.

I checked with Brinks and Ackerman before calling I.E. Brinks had a low intitial cost, however the monitoring with very expensive and the salesman was in a hurry to make a sale and get out of my house. Ackerman had a low monthly fee, however they get you with the equiptment they try to scare you into buying. I.E. was great, no sales pressure, reasonable equiptment charge- they offer more equiptment with their basic package and their monthly fee is reasonable. I wish more people had rated this company - I would have called them first instead of wasting my time with other alarm company sales reps.

Integrated Excellence took over our 20-year-old Rollins system with minimal cost, mess or fuss. The technician definitely knew what he was doing, making our old equipment work, and where necessary replacing it free of cost. The salesperson, Jenny Niebanck, was honest in her desire to select the right system components for our lifestyle with a no pressure sales approach that made us feel very comfortable with our choice. I would highly recommend this company and specifically this salesperson.

They are "partnered" with Pulte homes and claim to be a "technology" wiring company. The reality is that they are SECURITY SYSTEM COMPANY. They only wire homes to try and pressure you into purchasing their security system. They do terrible work, are impossible to reach, and I would never recommend them to anyone.
