I called two weeks ago on a Thursday. The tech I talked to said the office manager didn't work on Friday, but he would call me on Monday for a quote. It's been over two weeks now & no call...nothing. I am not impressed. They either have too much business or don't care about obtaining mine. Either way, I'd find another company.

My AC unit was making intermittent noise and (loud enough to wake me up) and I called them. They came out and like taking a car to a mechanic for a squeek, I could not get the unit to repeat the problem. The next morning it was doing it again and I called and put the phone next to the unit and Gary recognized it was the contacts. The service tech came back out and replaced the defective part, but did not even charge me for the service call. Was way more than I expected, it was not their fault the unit did not act up the previous day. Price more than fair, honest and dependable. You will be happy with their service.

My AC went out without warning. Integrity promptly responded to my phone call and explained what was wrong, repaired the unit and explained what was wrong with detail and accuracy. On a hot day in July they were cool.
