My dining room and basement had water damage that had gone unnoticed for some time due to an internal wall leak. This resulted in a moldy mess. The Integrity Mitigation Department came out as soon as I called and from that point forward they were there when they said they would be, they were courteous and they were quick. At no point did I wonder what was going on because they kept me educated with each step of the process. I found their company through a general internet search and I trusted the positive reviews other customers had provided. I am very pleased with Integrity Restoration and will use their company again if I need them in the future.

Integrity showed up on time, did what they said they would do, in the time they said they would do it, and at the price that they quoted. In addition, they were always professional, courteous, etc. I had a flooded basement due to rainwater and worked with a few different crews over the course of the cleanup. Kevin and Courtney were amazing, and if it had been just them the whole time, this would be a 5 star review. They were so on top of what needed to be done and clearly had expertise in doing it that I didn't have to worry about anything. With some of the other crews, I had to check up on things and remind them (hey, isn't this supposed to be removed?; did you figure out when someone is coming back to do this part?; etc...). But it was relatively minor stuff and I feel like having to keep an eye out and follow up a little is pretty standard for this type of work, and was also balanced out by the great responsiveness, timeliness, etc that you often DON'T get. So, as I said in the headline, I'd definitely use them again (though hopefully I won't have to).

Kudos to the Mitigation Department of Integrity Restoration. My basement was flooded due to a faulty hot water heater. The plumbing company recommended I contact Integrity. First contact, Angela, was friendly, and reassuring about taking care of my situation promptly. Shannon Allred one of the company's technicians called me within the hour. Shannon has a gift-- a calm, stress-relieving affect. This was ever present throughout the entire mitigation process. He was also precise, detailed and candid regarding possible damages and a plan. Shannon, Randy Allred, and Mike Rogers were always on time and kept in touch daily. They worked steady, always going above what was expected, periodically checking with me due to my partial mobility which prevented me from getting to the basement. Their attention to detail was spot on regarding the importance of cleaning and drying everything completely. They approached the entire process with the same care as if they had been working in their own homes and worked well into the early evening until all air-movers and dehumidifiers were in place. I've been a home owner for many years and unfortunately have had use for mitigation several times. Integrity is by far the best company I've ever employed. Shannon, Mike and Randy are efficient, punctual, proficient, courteous, respectful, honest, friendly, personable, genuinely kind and caring, and professional. Integrity lives up to its name and will receive my highest recommendations. espilliards

We had a fairly minor refrigerator leak but water did wet a small amount of carpet and got into about 25 sq ft of hardwood floor. The floor looked fine but I knew that you don't want to mess around with water damage. So using Kudzu I called Integrity Restoration. Shannon Allred came out the same day. He verified with the moisture meter that we did have some wet floors and confirmed the small area. Of course I had all kinds of questions. When and if to get insurance involved? Can the floors be saved since they looked good? After doing some research about water insurance claims I decided to save a claim for something bigger. Shannon was very informative and gave me the pros and cons as I made the decision. They removed about 30 sq ft of dry wall ceiling in the garage and then use a sophisticated drying system for the hardwood floors. They used targeted dehumidifiers from below in the garage and above with plastic tenting on the floor. They removed some carpet padding and the subfloor dried very quickly in the bedroom. The good news is that after a few days of using the drying machines the hardwood floors dried out nicely. They gave me one quote for the mitigation and stuck to it even if more needed to be done. Very impressed with Shannon and the company. Have peace of mind that we did the right thing.

Jason came out today to give us a quote on a small water heater leak onto carpet. He even offered to pull back a baseboard to look behind it. He actually said we didn't need their help instead of lying and charging us an arm and a leg. He told us what we needed to do to repair the small damage. If we ever have bigger problems, we will definitely be calling Integrity!

We have some mold in what will be our baby's room. Integrity came to look at it free of charge and did not pressure us to buy anything, just told us how to clean it and what to consider in the future. I never expect honesty from a company and it was so refreshing to receive it. Integrity indeed has integrity.

Integrity Restoration is one of the few companies out there that are honest and provide detailed reports on time, every time, without fail! They go above and beyond to depict accurate estimations for all issues at our properties! And more than anything else the absolute BEST part of using Integrity Restoration is their customer service! You will always receive a return call with a kind voice on the other side. We used to use a very well know company for our estimates for restoration until I found Jason with Integrity! No more late submissions to our clients and the fees they charge are extremely reasonable. We will never use that "other" company again!!

Integrity Restoration is incredible! Jason and his team are simply the best you could hope for. We purchased a home and discovered after the fact there was a severe mold problem in the garage. Jason's team came out and completely eliminated all the mold that was present by working extremely hard to make sure all of it was cleaned up. After all the mold was cleaned up we wanted to determine where the moisture was coming from which caused the mold to appear in the first place, so he left a lot of expensive equipment running for a week in our garage to "completely" dry it out. The next heavy rainstorm helped us identify exactly where the moisture was coming from, and so we were able to make the necessary repairs to correct the problem. We now have a perfect mold free garage!

Integrity's response and professionalism was excellent after our house flooded. The remediation/demo team was punctual and clearly cared about home and furnishings as they moved things around and cleaned up. The problem: during the demo, one of two interior architectural columns was destroyed at the base (no big deal, it happens and the plan was to repair or replace). It took numerous phone calls and 4 or 5 visits; the work was never completed. Mainly because of the crew sent out to work on it was incompetent (he had to call his dad to help and bring some tools). It was clear to me that after 7 months, I will have to complete the work and spend $54 on paint. Realizing their crew was not up to this very simple task, I had them drop off the new column and it sits in my garage now. Had this been resolved in a reasonable time with some level of competency, they would receive 5 stars. My Dad always said, "you're only as good as your last job."

If you need a trusted company for water damage mitigation services, my wife and I strongly recommend calling Shannon and Randy at Integrity Restoration. They did an excellent job drying, removing and mitigating water damage areas in all 3-floors of my townhouse. Here's a high-level summary of why we recommend them: 1. Thorough and detail-oriented: Found multiple areas of water damage caused during this incident that the initial vendor that my insurance sent did not find or remove. Removed water damage areas thoroughly and carefully trying to salvage items that were salvageable. Just one very small but telling example is: insurance's vendor removed carpet from top floor but left all staples in subfloor. Integrity actually removed all the staples from the subfloor when they came out. 2. Trustworthy and Professional: When they said they'd do something in a certain timeframe it would get done, in the timeframe they said and it would be done correctly. Their mission statement is "WE DO WHAT'S RIGHT, EVEN WHEN NO ONE IS LOOKING" and I can attest that they follow it in practice. 3. Communication: Great communication about what they were going to do and why it was necessary. When I asked questions, I felt like I got logical, truthful and accurate explanations. These guys treated my townhome like it was their own home. I would strongly recommend using Shannon and Randy at Integrity Restoration for your water damage mitigation needs.

Shannon and his mitigation staff were wonderful! They worked fast and were very clean. I was very satisfied with their work! He went above and beyond to place plastic sheeting over wiring and pipes to keep my children safe while we waited for the water to dry up.

A faucet leak under the kitchen cabinet warpied our wood floors. I spoke with Jason who explained my options and gave me great advice. Steven came to my house, explained the damage in the kitchen and basement, the equipment they would be using and the expected results. It took him a little over an hour to set-up all the equipment. With the damage in the heart of the kitchen and family coming for Thanksgiving, they even offered if the drying time took any longer they would remove the equipment the night before Thanksgiving and set it up again the day after so our meal wouldn't be removed. While it did dry in time, it was just further proof of the excellent customer care they provide. We are absolutely amazed that our floors have been returned to normal with no signs of warping, all at an affordable price:. Thank you Jason and Steven, for your professionalism, great customer service and amazing work. You exceeded all expectations and should be commended for a job well done!
