I had a home security system with Interlink for years. At some point, they were unable to monitor my system. Rather than inform me, they just kept charging my account w/out monitoring. It wasn't until a technician came out for a call that we found out, and it had not been monitored for over 2 years.

I have been a customer with Interlink for over 15 years and 3 houses with 2 different systems. My sales guy GT is the greatest he help me to figure out what was the best system wire or wireless to go with, very knowledgeable. Was able to move my system and contract to new addres. Always trying to work with the customer. Alarm goes out and their monitoring station responds in seconds everytime, key point which is why we have alarm systems. I would highly recommend them. Will give you honest answers not just what you want to hear to get your business. If I have an alarm system it will be monitored by INTERLINK...

We were "sold" a new security system by a seemingly knowledgeable salesman. When the technician showed up for the installation we did not get what we were supposed to get and nothing has worked properly since the beginning. Their customer service people are rude and incompetent and they won't even come out to fix anything. Don't do business with this company!!

All new monitored security systems include a 6 month satisfaction guarantee. This means that if within 6 months from the date of installation you are not satisfied with your system or service we will remove the system and issue a full refund. Our records do not show a customer who matches or is close to a match of the posters name so we have not been able to locate this unsatisfied customer. I tried to cancel my service after nearly 8 years of service. Was advised that my 'contract' renews every year and I can only cancel within 30 days written notice of my renewal date. I was never advised of this "term" nor would I have agreed to it. We were just asked to sign a document when they programmed the pad and never advised of any type of "term". Now, they are attempting to charge me an early termination fee? Good luck fellas.

Our monitoring agreement is in place to define the terms of services to be provided by InterLink Control and the requirements of the customer to receive services. Customers have a responsibility to read and understand any agreement prior to signing. We also have a responsibility to assist with any clarification of our agreement when needed. Interlink does a great job. The alarm response was fast & accurate. The local police were on the scene in moments. The suspect was arrested. My business is safe & secure. This is just what I need in an Security company.

I recently signed on with Inter Link for monitoring and couldn't be happier. Their system does't need a phone line to communicate and is more secure. Their sales guy did a great job and got the installation done the next day! Ray G.

Non responsive to alarm going off or phone calls. Poor customer service. Locks in a contract and then could care less about continued service.

I've given incorrect passwords that have been accepted, the alarm has gone on with no response and my keypad has been broken for over 3 months. The solution? Well, after trying to reach somebody for over 2 weeks, they finally answered their phones and said it would cost $75 for a service call + $30/hr just to have someone look at it.

My service with Interlink Control has been exceptional. From the sales to the service. My alarm went off and the monitoring center responded in seconds. I was impressed so much I had 2 friends get service from this company.

We had a system installed by this company, and couldn't be more pleased! The salesman was VERY professional and knowledgeable, even came for a second visit on his wife's birthday on a Saturday. Price was excellent, they installed our system within 3 days, and the installer was VERY professional and did an excellent job. We love the system, have had no problems, and I would highly recommend this company!
