dishonesty at it's finest
I tried to cancel my service after nearly 8 years of service. Was advised that my 'contract' renews every year and I can only cancel within 30 days written notice of my renewal date. I was never advised of this "term" nor would I have agreed to it. We were just asked to sign a document when they programmed the pad and never advised of any type of "term". Now, they are attempting to charge me an early termination fee? Good luck fellas.
