I bought a car from this business in early march. I was promised that my tag would be taken care of in a timely manner and I was given a 45 day temporary tag. About three weeks before the temporary tag was due to expire, I called and politely asked about when my tag would be available. I was directed to call the tag office which I did. The paperwork had not been filed. I was fine with it because I still had some time left. When I had a week left on my temporary tag, I called their offices at least four times to get some answers because the tag office still hadn't received the paperwork that they needed. I called again and a man answered the phone. I proceeded to tell him what was going on and he raised his voice at me and gave me the biggest attitude as if there was plenty of time left for me to get my tag (even though the paperwork hadn't been filed yet!). Being a mom to a newborn, I just can't drop everything because the dealership has dragged their feet and my husband works when the tag office is open. I love my car, but I don't love this man or is attitude toward paying customers. The owner's wife did stop him, took the phone away, and tried to defuse the situation. But, this man shouldn't have acted the way he did. It is completely unacceptable to talk to any human being the way he talked to me. I will not be doing business with this company anymore and I will advise everyone I know to beware of their customer service.
