Forget about using them for Passport Photos
Their setup, using a bright flash in a dark hallway, makes for a bad portrait photo. However, they made matters worse by stapling the photo incorrectly to the form and not wanting to redo it. They finally made a very bad photocopy of the original photo. And they charge more than others. Very disappointing.

IVS Really Came through for me
My husband suprised me with a European vacation over the holidays. Two days before we were departing, I realized that my passport was expired. I called and spoke to Leigh and she was so nice and reassuring to me that I would be able to make this special trip! One day later, I picked up the passport at the airport location and went straight through security. This all happened in one days time. I could not have been more pleased with their service.

Reasons this man did not get his passport on time
I was shocked to read this review.
I called Ms wolf concerning this review and learned several things about this man who make this rediculous review. 1. The week of Jany 11 was the Ice Storm. There were no FEDEX, UPSaircraft or normal planes. She told me that his child's passport was in FEDEX and that she had a person at FEDEX on the 12th and 13th but the package was not released. She said that Chris did apology to the wife numerous time and did call her on the afternoon of the 12th telling her that the package was stuck in FEDEX system dispite FEDEX telling them they could pick up the package on the 12th they did not get any airport packages until Noon. They had several package stuck. The otehr office did not receive any packages until 2pm on 13th and that they had more than 20 package with work for 5 days. She says that the man was carrying on for about 20 minutes, he was abusive and she did tell him she was terminating the call. She also says she asked him when he booked his trip, he responded December, then
she asked asked him why he had not gotten the child a passport and he said they did not know he needed one. Mr. Wolf asked about his traveler's insurance and he did not purchase that as well. She said that he was very disappointed about his trip, but clearly was a new traveler who tried to do it himself International Visa Service is a wonderful company. I have used them for many years. This person clearly did not know that no one can cover an act of God.

Do not recommend using this service
We paid IVS to get a passport w/ in 48 hrs on 1/6/2011, for $495. We were guaranteed delivery on 1/11, in time for departure on 1/13 at 7am. I asked if there is any reason that we would not have it and was told THE ONLY REASON we would not have it on time is if the applicant had outstanding money due to the govt, child support or other govt issue that would require addl information. The passport was for a 9 mo old so the woman (she notarized a form, name can be researched) said you will ABSOLUTELY have your passport in time. We asked if the passport could be sent directly to us, we were told we would have it sooner if picked up at ATL Airport location. On 1/11, I spoke with James multiple times and he had NO idea where the passport was. We then spoke to manager, Chris, who also, could not provide tracking info of where/when we would have the passport. We were NEVER apologized to, accommodated in any way, only to end up missing our trip & paying an ADDITIONAL $886 to reschedule. We knew that the office at the airport closed at 7pm, and never recd a call at the end of the business day to notify us to adjust our travel plans accordingly. The flight left before IVS opened the next morning. The passport arrived on 1/13 so we picked it up and expressed our dissatisfaction to Chris. On 1/14 I spoke to Patsy Wolf, CEO, via phone, while expressing my dissatisfaction and request that they refund the processing & shipping fees, she said she did not want us as a customer & hung up on me
