I've been to this hardware store about 5-7 times in the past few months (since buying an older house). I love their service. I've never walked into this store without being helped and offered advice. This place is a pure gem compared to places like Lowes or Home Depot.

For the past 4 years I come in and know most of the staff by name. I get great advice and genuine interest in whatever project I am doing from the associates. Even though it feels like a small town store it has the sophistication of a higher end gift shop that just happens to sell, nails, batteries, light bulbs and paint. Oh and the garden center is top notch too. Sadly, they close early; so it's best to plan ahead.

This little store is the best. Whatever I need, they seem to have it. How they do it in a store that is probably 1/8 the size of your average big-box Home store is a mystery. Staff are helpful and (unlike some stores) actually know their stuff.

I have been shopping at Intown Ace for 4 years. They are helpful and knowledgeable. They stand behind their products. If you value service like I do, avoid the big box retailers where you are lucky to find help and go to Intown Ace.
