Nothing massively wrong, but...The mood of the office is "rushed". The Dr. and staff range from indifferent to rude, and incompetent. The Doc's manner suggests he wants to get rid of me. It's absurd that we have to be our own advocates; I spend hours doing research to know what to ask, and it saved me from a dangerous new drug when I only needed a potassium supplement. Without notice, they stopped taking insurance. I went in for my required visit in order to refill scripts for pain meds, and I was told about the change, and I would have to pay $110 that day if I wanted to see the doc, I was shocked. No notice, sympathy, or any willingness to work with me. I left, but realized I had to have my script that day, and I had no other options. So, I went back in. Only then was I told about their new "plan" where I could pay $150 a year, reducing co-pays to "only" $50. I have only continued to go there because they are so close, and other pain specialists aren't. I am happy to say that I am moving this month and I will not return.

I have been a patient of Dr. Scott Parry for a couple of years now. I am comfortable and pleased with his manner, and trust him to tell it like it is without being callous. His office staff or nurses is great too.
