This is a first class salon, similar to places I used to go in DC and Houston - really a gem in East Cobb. The atmosphere is amazing, the stylists are very talented and the prices are very reasonable compared to what you'd pay to get that quality in a city center.

I have tried a cut and color at Intrigue 3 times and it has just failed to "wow" me. This salon is very convenient to my house so I wanted to love it but my results are just average. Back to Jamison Shaw. I never fail to get compliments on my hair after a visit.

Heidi is an excellent stylist who truly cares about providing her clients with a flattering cut. I have been very pleased with my haircuts, as well as the salon's service, staff attitude and waiting times. Nice job!

It's a hit-or-miss place. I went to a cheaper hairstylist in that salon and got it all choped off unevenly and the color was not done right at all. However, I gave them a second chance and went for a more expensive stylist. She did allright, but I never went back. Found a much better place!

This salon is pricey for what you get: long wait times, hit or miss haircuts, and stylists who do what they want rather than what you've requested. With so many salons in Atlanta, they should realize they're going to lose clients by treating them like that.

I usually go to Van Michael salon but could not get an appointment. I went to intrigue, explained what I wanted done, THOUGHT the stylist actually listened and I ended up with my long hair not only chopped in layers to bits, but uneven. When I was visibly upset, the stylist became extremely rude and defensive. When I was driving home I was so upset that I called and asked to speak to the owner. Was told he was gone for a few days. I left my name and number. He never called back. When my regular stylist (and two other reputable stylists) saw my hair they could not believe the mess. Word to the wise: Be sure the stylist actually hears what you are saying. Some just don't want to spend the extra time caring about what works for you.

I have received so many compliments on my highlights from Intrigue. Friendly place with lots of mags and always an offer for something to drink while you get work done.. They carry Aveda products.

OK. I'm a guy about to hit 30 and my hair's starting to go. I've never paid more than $7 for a haircut, but my girlfriend convinced me to go to a professional. Don't worry guys. Once you get in the front door you're safe. The staff thinks you're awesome for coming in and they're top notch. You get a great shampoo and then a hair style that will fit you. I use Jeff, the salon owner. He's worth the cost through & through. I'll never go back to a discount joint again.
