Massage Was very disappointing, but it was the owner Kiki with her terrible customer service that was the kicker. Wow, In Short, go somewhere else
I love this place. I have tried several services and have been happy with all of them. I even recommend my own personal clients, knowing they will be happy.

I had an unpleasant experience today at this spa and I urge everyone, especially if you have a disability, not to go to this spa. I will never go back to this spa because of the unethical treatment I received. The facts are that unfortunately,I was late for my appointment in which I had scheduled a facial, eye treatment, mud wrap and massage. Also, I became ill after the mud wrap and because of the nausea I was experiencing I could not go forward with the massage. When I initially made this appointment for these services I was told the fee was going to be $250.00 "FOR SERVICES RENDERED". When I became ill I was told by the massage person that I was not going to be charged for the massage and given a discount for the facial that I received as it was not a complete facial. When I was leaving the spa, the manger presented me with an amount due of $215.00 and stated she had deeply discounted the services, but felt I should pay for the "time" since I was late regardless of the fact that I did not receive the services. I could not stand and argue with this women as I am on oxygen so I had no other recourse than to pay the bill and leave. When I returned home I checked their website for pricing. A Mini Facial is $50 and a mud wrap is $95 totalling $145.00, no where near $215.00. The manager could plainly see me on oxygen and knew I was not feelig well. I believe I was discriminated against because of my disability.

My name is Niki Moffa and I am the owner and spa director of Invigo Day Spa, and I personally handled this client from booking the appointment to check in and check out. First I must say that I have a severely disabled cousin whom I grew up and love very much and as such I would NEVER discriminate against disability, race, religion or otherwise and I would never tolerate any discriminatory actions by my staff either. Secondly, what this client originally booked was the Customizable Anti-Aging Facial ($110), Eye Treatment ($25), Moor Mud Body Wrap ($95) and 60 minute Massage ($75) for a total time of 3 hours and 15 minutes and a total bill of $305, which I agreed to discount to $250 (18% discount) because she said that she had saved up money and really wanted to do a day at the spa and I wanted her to have a really great day. Since the client was 20 minutes late, she was notified at check-in and when she was taken into the estheticianís room that we could still do all her services but the facial would be cut in time because we had a client right after her but her mud wrap and massage would not be. She assured us that she still wanted the upgraded facial which included an upgraded serum and upgraded mask as well as the separate eye treatment. She then wanted to add on some facial waxing but our esthetician let her know that we did not have time to do the upgraded facial and the waxing as well, which the client was not happy about. Due to her numerous medical issues, our massage therapist said that she thought that the mud wrap and massage might be too much for her, so to please let us know if she was feeling dizzy or nauseous. After the mud wrap, she did decide that she was not feeling well and she wanted to reschedule the massage. At this time it was obviously too late for the spa to book another appointment so I gave her two options. She could pay the original $250 and I would give her a gift card to come back to us and get the massage at another time or I could charge her $215 for the services she had today with a small discount, since I was not going to charge her for the massage that she did not get. She chose to be charged the $215. I could have easily charged her the full $250 or even the full $305, but because we are a spa of integrity and honesty we did not. Invigo Day Spa is actively involved in our community and we donate to any charity/school that asks and we hope to be here for many more years to come. Thank you.
I was just there for a Mother's Day gift from my husband. He treated me to a massage and facial. I had never been to Invigo before, but I was so thrilled with my services and overall treatment. I got there early and they offered me hot tea and water while I waited for my time. Both the massage and facial were awesome and their staff was really friendly and skilled. After my two hours of heaven, they allowed me to relax on their recliners while I sipped tea and almost feel asleep. I couldnít have been more pleased, relaxed and feeling great. Thanks Invigo, and thanks hubby!

I visited the spa 3 to 4 times. I had a massage each time. The first time I was very pleased. The second and third times I have a very negative experience with one the same massage therapist. She apparently insist on only giving a massage the way she wants to to give it regardless of what the customer paying for the service requests. When I explained to her that I needed a little less pressure she was very rude and made snide remarks. Very unprofessional, not versatile or accomodating. Never had such an experience in any spa where therapist totally ignores what the paying customer requests. Made complaint with Management and she seemed to make excuses for therapist. Bottom line is there is no excuse for snide remarks and this therapist apparently had one speed only and made absolutley no apology for it. Won't ever return there. To bad, their prices are great and physical space is nice. They do all of this to relax you and to be accomodating and inflexibility of one therapist makes it all unravel.

I just had a 60 minute massage today at Invigo for the first time. The whole experience was beautiful. Sara, the receptionist is a delight; the atmosphere is totally serene and relaxing; the owner, Nikki, is a sweetheart; and Tiffany's magic hands worked wonders on my body. All in all, it was GREAT!!! I will definitely be going back for more. Be sure and try Sara's aromatherapy blend!

After a few disappointing spa experiences over the past couple of years, I decided to give Invigo a try because it's near my house and they were offering a special. I was impressed with every aspect of my experience from the minute I walked in the door until the minute I walked back out. The staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable, unlike some spas that make you feel unworthy of being in their facilities. Today I got a deep tissue massage from Marie and it was incredible! I was so impressed with my experience this morning, that I joined the club so I can go enjoy those fabulous services every month. Thanks for the pampering, ladies!

I have had three massages at Invigo, each by a different therapist. Each was memorable, and that is from someone who has received massages regularly for years. These folks can get in there when you and where you need. A good value also.

I had Paul for a prenatal massage and I have to say that I was apprehensive both about the prenatal and a male therapist. Paul was amazing. He first explained the changes my body is going through being 23w pregnant and then worked out every single kink with just the right amount of pressure. I wish I could afford him once a week :) I also had a facial with Cynthia and she was equally amazing. I would be willing to bet that every therapist at Invigo is worth the money. Can't wait to go back.

This was my second visit to Invigo and I was very disappointed this time. I arrived 15 minutes early as was requested when I booked the appt. to allow time to get undressed for the massage. I wasn't taken back until when the massage was supposed to actually start. The therapist did not give me the full hour massage since she had another customer right after me. I also did not receive the full body massage because she ran out of time. I like the atmosphere there, but I won't be going back. They should really set a timer before they start, and I believe last time I was there they did. Not sure why she didn't this time. That way you both know that you are getting the full hour or 90 minutes that you paid for. Another thing that bothered me was that when I arrived the receptionist was in another room on the phone and I waited for quite awhile at the desk to check in. I finally went to her and asked if I could check in.
