DISABLED and OVERCHARGED for SERVICES
I had an unpleasant experience today at this spa and I urge everyone, especially if you have a disability, not to go to this spa. I will never go back to this spa because of the unethical treatment I received. The facts are that unfortunately,I was late for my appointment in which I had scheduled a facial, eye treatment, mud wrap and massage. Also, I became ill after the mud wrap and because of the nausea I was experiencing I could not go forward with the massage. When I initially made this appointment for these services I was told the fee was going to be $250.00 "FOR SERVICES RENDERED". When I became ill I was told by the massage person that I was not going to be charged for the massage and given a discount for the facial that I received as it was not a complete facial. When I was leaving the spa, the manger presented me with an amount due of $215.00 and stated she had deeply discounted the services, but felt I should pay for the "time" since I was late regardless of the fact that I did not receive the services. I could not stand and argue with this women as I am on oxygen so I had no other recourse than to pay the bill and leave. When I returned home I checked their website for pricing. A Mini Facial is $50 and a mud wrap is $95 totalling $145.00, no where near $215.00. The manager could plainly see me on oxygen and knew I was not feelig well. I believe I was discriminated against because of my disability.

My name is Niki Moffa and I am the owner and spa director of Invigo Day Spa, and I personally handled this client from booking the appointment to check in and check out. First I must say that I have a severely disabled cousin whom I grew up and love very much and as such I would NEVER discriminate against disability, race, religion or otherwise and I would never tolerate any discriminatory actions by my staff either. Secondly, what this client originally booked was the Customizable Anti-Aging Facial ($110), Eye Treatment ($25), Moor Mud Body Wrap ($95) and 60 minute Massage ($75) for a total time of 3 hours and 15 minutes and a total bill of $305, which I agreed to discount to $250 (18% discount) because she said that she had saved up money and really wanted to do a day at the spa and I wanted her to have a really great day. Since the client was 20 minutes late, she was notified at check-in and when she was taken into the esthetician’s room that we could still do all her services but the facial would be cut in time because we had a client right after her but her mud wrap and massage would not be. She assured us that she still wanted the upgraded facial which included an upgraded serum and upgraded mask as well as the separate eye treatment. She then wanted to add on some facial waxing but our esthetician let her know that we did not have time to do the upgraded facial and the waxing as well, which the client was not happy about. Due to her numerous medical issues, our massage therapist said that she thought that the mud wrap and massage might be too much for her, so to please let us know if she was feeling dizzy or nauseous. After the mud wrap, she did decide that she was not feeling well and she wanted to reschedule the massage. At this time it was obviously too late for the spa to book another appointment so I gave her two options. She could pay the original $250 and I would give her a gift card to come back to us and get the massage at another time or I could charge her $215 for the services she had today with a small discount, since I was not going to charge her for the massage that she did not get. She chose to be charged the $215. I could have easily charged her the full $250 or even the full $305, but because we are a spa of integrity and honesty we did not. Invigo Day Spa is actively involved in our community and we donate to any charity/school that asks and we hope to be here for many more years to come. Thank you.

BEST MASSAGE IN TOWN!!!
Nikki, the owner is precious. Any therapist my husband and I have seen has been thorough and effective without damaging or causing any long lasting pain or discomfort. It is very relaxing and "invigorating"!! :) We love this place and think of it as the only spa we will go to.

Fabulous body scrub
Invgo is great. I had a body scrub there (among other things)and my skin GLOWED. It was amazing. The staff is friendly and I am always relaxed when I leave.
