I've had an invisible fence for over 25 years and it is the best there is. First one was in another home, so when we moved we took the control panel, the collar and just had to install new wiring underground in the new home. It keeps my miniature poodle from wandering out of the yard. Wouldn't use any other brand.

I don't normally write reviews, but this system was a real wow for us. We purchased a system from Tami Fox earlier this year and it literally changed everything about having our dogs for the better. Our lab doesn't jump the fence, our Yorkie doesn't run out the door, the lab stays out of the pool and they both can enjoy all of the property without being on a leash or worry that they will escape. Tami explained the process very well and her team did everything as she said they would. The training was worth the cost. I had tried a do it yourself kit first with very poor results. We were very close to putting our pets up for adoption because we couldnt handle the constant escapes and ensuing chases on a daily basis. I bet my wife that our dogs would be the ones that would not be able to be contained, but I was wrong. If you are thinking of installing a fence for yourself, you need to call Tami Fox at invisible fence. The cost is not much more and the results are amazing.

We are incredibly happy with IF! Prior to getting IF, we had spent over $1000 trying to finish off our physical fence - which our dog Gavin was determined to get out of (and did, in short order). When they came to train Gavin, he ended up being a bit difficult to start off (he's very protective), and despite a rough start, the tech, Jimmy, was willing to troubleshoot, help us and come back as many times as we needed to feel comfortable (despite the fact that our dog was less than welcoming). Jimmy made sure that Gavin was safe and well-trained, and that we felt confident with the system. Gavin now runs around the backyard without supervision, and we feel 100% confident that he won't get out of the yard. Thank you Jimmy for being so patient with us and our Problem Child!!
We truly couldn't be happier with our fence. We have a very rambunctious boxer puppy and Tami (our trainer) couldn't have been more patient and personable. Our dog adores her and she genuinely cared about his well being and my being comfortable with the system. The installation was professional and Tami "held our hands" through the entire process. It took some time and some adjustments in the settings but Tami was determined to get it just right. The result is one very happy pup! His behavior inside the house is much improved as well because he is able to be outside -- watching the "goings on" in the neighborhood and safely playing with dogs as they walk by. We encourage our friends to let their dogs come in to play with him for a bit -- sort of his reward for staying in the yard. We truly couldn't be happier. This fence is a game changer. No idea why we didn't do it sooner!

We put in our invisible fence just under a year ago and have been very happy with it. Our tech, Jimmy, was great and never hesitates to respond to my issues (the few we've had). Charlie, our goldendoodle, loves his yard, and we love our Invisible fence!

We had our fence installed a few weeks ago. Everyone that we encountered from the office staff to the installer and trainer was very helpful as well as very knowledgeable. We are still training our puppy, but after less than ten shocks he is already avoiding the fence. We can even walk away from him across the fence already and he will sit and wait for us to come back across. We are very happy with our decision to purchase an Invisible Fence. 3 times our dog has been accidentally shocked when well within the boundaries. They came out and adjusted the frequency acting like it was common and no big deal. Our dog basically became un-housebroken since he was terrified to go outside. It happened AGAIN with no real concern from IF. We've spent a LOT of money on a system we don't and cannot trust. Also, their tech ran the wire along the edge of the yard in one spot, and then we were charged (with no invoice) for over $100 to repair it when it was run over by a lawnmower. This company has missed on so many levels and I can't understand how they're still in business. BEWARE!

We bought our home 5 years ago and Invisible Fence by Peachtree was already there. We were fearful to use it knowing our dog would find a way out. A few months ago we received another dog and decided to use the product. We couldn't be happier that we decided to go this route. The service we received was excellant! the staff took their time explaining and training "The Humans" in our fears of the dogs running away. I had two appointments with this company. they cancelled the first one at the last minute (when I called to see if they were going to show up) due to "problems" with the previous appointment. Today, I was called and told by the service technician " I have to be somewhere at five o'clock so I wont make it to your house". No apology, no explanation, just he won't make it. Question......where was he supposed to be other than my house??? I asked the owner to tell me where his technician was supposed to be an got NO ANSWER. The owner has NO control of his business. The very worst company I have dealt with in a very long time. I hope they go out of business.
He is absolutely correct, until he describes the conversation with the owner. I asked to check into the matter and call him back. I called him back with the news that I had made arrangements to have another technician come, immediately to his home. He refused to allow us to come. I begged, actually, sincerely begged to send someone else to his home. I wanted to personally come to his home, immediately. My mother was in Intensive Care, critically ill. I had one appointment and was then to go to the hospital. I cancelled the appointment and informed my brother that I would not be coming to the hospital, until later that night. There was no one else to go to his home and I wanted to do everything possible to meet his expectations. In all my years, I have not seen such anger and such unreasonable behavior. I begged, actually, literally. I was ready to provide him service, immediately. Obviously, we angered him, for that I am sorry and I told him so. This was one strangest experiences of my life. My mother was extremely ill and we were short staffed and to meet his expectations, I was going to have to go to his home. I stayed calm, explained and then begged to come to his home. We have thousands of customers and we try hard to meet their expectations. I vow to learn from this and to renew our commitment to meet our customer's expectations.
