I talked to Daniel, the supervisor, and explained my situation. It has been over 6 years ago that I moved out of Tierra Rica Apts only give them 30 days notice. Apparently, it was suppose to be 60... days notice. It now shows up on my credit report. I called to ask them if they can verify the amount due as a not enough notice or eviction. They would not tell me. "Why should we help you when you have a debt you owe us". I have been homeless for over 7 1/2 months and I have a disability. My daughter is working part time and I finally found an apartment that we could afford but they want to charge me 3x the rent up front because they assume it's an eviction. So rude and disrespectful... Horrible Customer Service... Shannon is the rudest... Have not sent my receipt of debt paid...

If you have talk to these people, there is no need to describe my encounter. These people deserve to lose their job, go into a lot of debt and have no way out. These people should feel ashamed of themselves and who ever raised them too. Sooner or later they will get what they deserve. As for me, I will not even bother dealing with them. IF you have yet to encounter these people: 1st: What other people have said here is all true. 2nd: Inform yourself before answering anything to them or contacting them. I advice this because if you are not well informed, you will have a bad time talking to them, they will also bully you and disrespect you (though even if you are informed they will do it anyway). Best of luck to whoever had the bad luck to have to deal them.

This doesnt even deserve a 1 star rating! They told us they wouldnt take our dispute off, my husband asked why, they said legally they couldnt. My husband asked for that in writing, they said legally they couldnt do. They just kept lying and lying....saying that it was the law. My hubsand asked to see where it said that to be true. They couldnt and wouldnt give him a straight answer. These people are terrible people, espeically SHANNON. I advice you dont try to even talk to thay witch.....she was rude and called my husband a joke, and refused to let me speak to the person he was supposed to talk to. One big miserable group of people all working for the same crappy company.

They are LIARS, They tell you one thing on one phone call than another thing on a different phone call. If at all possible just go through whomever you owe money to. IQ is a commissions based company.. Lets not line their pockets with money.

I seriously doubt they get any money from people with the representatives they have working for them. Ive called them numerous times to request a paper statement of what i owe. They repeatedly will not give me anything and the guy says he could care less if i pay the debt or not. Im effin so angry with these people. All i wanted was a letter in the mail saying what i owe and id pay it. They expect me to give my credit card over the phone thier nuts! Terrible customer service for years!!!

Spoke with a representative named Shannon who clearly hates her job and no has professionalism whatsoever...but then again what collection agency has a positive and high quality representative working for them anyways? If someone is calling you directly about their debts and clearly has proof that there is a discrepancy why would you continue to be rude about it? Doesn't make sense...I'm sure their credit isn't A1 either! Being empathetic towards any consumer will get you further than being an asshole..I was told by the apartment complex that there were evident miscalculations and that I would need to advise IQ data to call them to discuss. She tells me in a rude tone " you dont tell me what to do" First of all If I were to tell you anything it would be to get a real job!! But thats not my life its yours! I dont understand how people like this are employed. I gladly hung up on her only because I would never argue with a peasant. I fight legally not by words. So with that I will see you in court IQ!

It could be because I called them prepared for what I needed to ask for in order to resolve my debt, but I felt really good after this call! Raquel was extremely helpful and set up a payment plan for me that I could afford. She was super nice! I never thought I would ever say that about a collection agency, but this was unlike any other I have experienced. I am thankful to have the opportunity to knock out my debt at a rate that I can afford.

Iq data is Hilter on a Stick , pure kkk , working for a company that had to change their name to cover there bad actions, the company would have a plethora of clients with complaint and abandoned apts due to not up holding the maintenance agreement. If they all werent low income hard working people, without the Internet will I speak for the people the Landing Apts in Raleigh Nc screwed over , during the time of 2011-2014.

I tried to ask questions about my account she refused to read the notes. I asked her to transfer me to someone else but she said everyone else was out to lunch. She asked for my address and I avoided the question and again asked for her to read me the notes. She refused to read me the notes. I told her she was being awful and she in turn(like a child) said no you're being awful, this is an attempt to blah blah blah and you need to pay your bills... so I hung up. Thinking it was a call center i called back. Of course she answered and said "Hi Sylvia" like a psycho! Then went on with her, "this is an attempt to blah blah. Of course I hung up and thought to myself, "This is a game to her and it's my life... it's just wrong..." I'm obviously trying to solve a debt or I wouldn't be tracking down a creditor(that I didn't even know was on my credit) from 2008(6 years ago) So why is she making it so difficult. You don't need my address if I'm going to pay it. Then Sshe says she needs it to send me a letter to delete the debt Off my credit. I'll believe that when pigs fly!

I appreciate the courteousy that I recieved from the reps at this company. I mentioned to her, Stephanie that I am (was) surprised at the human(ness)treatment that I recieved from them. I think Stepanie, and one other lady that assisted me there are two of the best CS reps that I have ever dealt with. I sent a note to the company to take the time to appreciate them. Most companies are rude, particulary in a bill collector sense, however, these reps were extremely cool. I really cant articulate how friendly these women were, an excellent representation of the company's image. They made comments like, let's try this, and maybe I can help....and things happen...you never hear this from people.

These people are always rude acting like they are better then us which THEY ARE NOT!! I left My apartments Kirker Creek because of the construction not becuase i couldnt pay. The Apartment complex did not want to move me at all, this went on for 5 Months, banging at 630am m-f like they were coming through the wall. told office tons of times. so i left and now they sent my info to this angecy witch is not customer service like. IQ is a joke.
