For anyone who is tired of the same old gym routine - and can't afford Crossfit - you have to try Iron Clutch! You won't believe what you get for your buck. You won't even get this much from a personal trainer! The kickboxing got me in the door. My only goal was to get in shape and loose 15 lbs. But the gym offers so much that you just can't help wanting to try other classes. Now I'm taking kickboxing, Kali martial arts, and their strength & conditioning class which is a lot like a Crossfit workout. Taking a martial arts class was the furthest thing from my mind. But once I got here I thought "how can I NOT take this class?" There is so much as my disposal that it's really opened me up to try new things. All I can say is you have to do the intro class - just do it. For the ladies who have never punched or kicked and think this isn't for them...you have no idea how wrong you might be! I am a 38-yr old (very avg shape) woman who has never owned boxing gloves...until now. The trainers will teach you and encourage you and will make you feel at ease. Iron Clutch has a "CHEERS" like feeling to it - where you walk in and everyone knows your name. They are the friendliest bunch and that's very refreshing for a gym these days!

If you are like me and you want to fight and make a career out of mma, then join this gym. It is really worth it. I have been going herefor 7 months and let me tell you, I have learned so much. I had come to just get in shape and learn how to fight, but am now considering fighting amateur. Also the kis programs are great.

I can't believe my daughter can take Jiu Jitsu from a black belt for under $100 per month! She loves to go to class and her instructors are teaching her so much! Thank you for making my child bully proof!
