Finally getting a few quiet minutes, and I wanted to pass on to you our “thank you’s” – you did so much to make this all happen for us, and I want you to know how much we appreciated all of it.

I know that this definetly was not easy for you and the time, effort, phone calls, emails and such that you endured was not unnoticed. Thank you.

Please pass this on to your wife and Traci for all their help, too. Everybody involved truly needs to be commended. I have to tell you that the professionalism that you and your staff showed us will never be forgotten. There definetly needs to be more people in the business like you and your staff.

Werecently bought our 2nd condominium from Joe Zarroli at Island Realty Group in North Wildwood. Just as the first time he was on top of everything and made sure we went to settlement on time. Joe and his assistant Traci stay on tops of even the smallest details making sure all bases are covered. I can't recommend them enough!

Island Realty Group was very helpful in finding our new condo at the shore. They helped us with everything including our mortgage, home inspector and insurance. Using them saved us alot of money and helped us avoid some things we may have missed had we not used them. Thanks for everything.
