I found out my dogs rabies shot is not up to date. I was just there and paid around $80 to get my dogs his shots and asked twice if they were sure that was all he needed, and I was told yes both times. I asked once when I made the appointment and once during the visit. Come to find out since I have only been going there for a year and they didn't give him his last rabies they don't track when he is due for another. They do not track a vaccination unless they've given the shot prior. What the? So they aren't open on the weekends and I already had to take time off from work once this month to get the other shots done. Now they want to charge me for another office visit and I would have to take more time off work. What kind of vet office doesn't check to see if the dog is due for a rabies shot, isn't that dog 101 for a vet office. The person who took my call was not even apologetic for them dropping the ball. Why didn't they tell me they aren't tracking all vaccinations? I did ask 2 times after all.

I took my senior cat in for a geriatric checkup. $1,000 and 10 days later she was dead. They did all sorts of tests in her 3 visits incl shoving 2 tubes of hairball remover down her throat at one time and twice returned her to me filthy and terrified. I am disabled-no one went over the cost of anything with me prior to doing the testing, etc. No options were given to me. I was made to feel that they catered to upscale patients only and my cat meant nothing. After Dr Retfordt put my cat to sleep I had questions & he would not answer my letter or return my phone calls. I returned some canned food a few days later & he saw me and acted as though he had never seen me before. They sent her out for cremation & I got a crummy black plastic tube back with her ashes.I live with the guilt I should have walked out with her and gotten another opinion. I never even got a sympathy card from him. Again, I was made to feel that my cat & I didn't matter & that it was all about the money & once she was dead they closed the door. There were so many people running around, but no one would take the time to just sit & discuss her case with me. I go out of my way to not even drive by that place & I told the person who referred me what happened to my cat & how I was treated.
