Issa Eshima MD

I inherited my “Turkey Gobbler” neck from my mother. It runs in our family, both the men and the women. My mother had work done (total face lift) with Dr. Eshima almost 14 years ago. She is now 82 years old and looks 65 years old. She was extremely happy with the results and still is.

When it came time for me to make a decision about a neck/face lift there was no question in my mind who to go with. I was so pleased with the professional way I was treated and how discretely everything took place.

I was basically in and out of the hospital within 24 hours and there were NO surprises. Everything the Dr. told me would happen was accurate and I felt comfortable without pain (just as he said) the next day.

The results are unbelievable. I am a 56 year old man and I feel and look like a 34 year old. My wife loves the new me. I look the same but way younger. My “Turkey Gobbler” neck is gone.

Dr. Eshima has a way about him that is hard to describe. He knows what he’s doing at all times and he is in full control from start to finish including follow up visits.

His staff is exceptional. I would use Dr. Eshima again if need be. I cannot think of a better surgeon to handle “my face and looks”. He is without a doubt THE BEST.

I had had Asian eyelid surgery twice without success. The first surgery performed by a surgeon in the UK a decade ago, was incorrectly done without the specific creation of an eyelid fold. The second surgery was performed by a surgeon in China two years ago resulting with one eyelid being significantly higher than the other.

Disappointed with my previous surgery results, I researched extensively on the internet for a competent surgeon. Since this would be a third surgery, I was deeply concerned and wanted only the best surgeon. Thereupon I came across Dr. Issa Eshima in San Francisco.

During my consultation with Dr. Eshima, he showed me numerous before and after photographs. It was immediately obvious to me that he is an expert in all aspects of eyelid surgery. I was convinced that I had found my surgeon. If Dr. Eshima couldn’t fix my eyes, no-one would!

After my surgery, I felt no pain and there was minimal bruising.

Dr. Eshima and his staff provided excellent post-op care, they called me every day for the first week to check on how I was doing.

I am 3 months post-op and extremely happy with my eyes. It has made a vast improvement in my quality of life.

For anyone who is considering Asian eyelid surgery, or is in despair after a failed earlier surgery and searching for a surgeon to perform a revision, I highly recommend you have a consultation with Dr. Eshima.
