Issaquah Childrens Academy

We had our daughter our of that place on the sixth day. We are not rich to afford to lose $2000, but i could not send my daughter to that place one more day. Here are my top reasons. 1) Not a very clean plan when you look in the corners. 2) Not sure if the teachers are certififed, twice on the report ( in 6 days ) we had 'orange' and ' singing' spelled wrong. If it was typed, i could understand , but not handwritten. 3) She came back with someone else's diaper on 2 days 4) She was given the center' milk when we had provided organic milk 5) The teacher walked over our girl's blanket 3-4 time before she put it on the side ( in my wife's presence).6) Every single day our daughter came back home with soiled clothes, when we had given extra pair to change.Overall, there is TOTAL lack of communication between the staff there. What upset me was when we gave the feedback to Vicki, the owner, she pretty much denied it all. Not only that she also charged us for an extra 2 weeks, so we paid about $2000 for 6 days. If Vicki had a slight sense of responsibility, she would not have charged us for the extra 2 weeks ( we were not asking for a refund for the entire month we paid in advance). I am not exagerrating anything, just wanted to share my experience. You can try it out if you want to find out for yourself. I am glad that it worked for others (as stated in the reviews) and i wish it would have worked for us as well. We could not compromise on the well-being of our daughter and we had to take her out of ICA.

I completly disagree too. This child care center is great. Absolutly no problems with staff, management or other parents. Great atmosphere and you can tell the children are happy and having a great time learning! My son comes home telling me all about his day, from the time I pick him up until we get home!! He loves Muzzy, can't get enough sign language and comes home singing songs from music! Who would ever complain about that? But then for my child to be beginning to read! It caught me of guard! I couldnt believe it. I have no complaints what so ever, my child loves his school and he is here to stay!

I completely disagree with the other comments. My daughter has been going there for a little over a month, and we have found them to be very friendly, and helpful. My daughter loves it there and comes home singing songs they have learned. She has been learning so much, and we really appreciate all they are doing for her. I would recommend this daycare.

We were not impressed with this child care center at all. Maybe the owners would be better of taking care of animals.
