This store has cute dog treats and unique items for a pet. I purchased several precious toys for my dog. For example, I purchased a little "Prawda" Purse, which is one of my dog's favorite toys to fetch. My dog has enjoyed and drooled over the colorful cookies. I plan to go back in the future for items for my dog. I recommend this store to other people who love to spoil their dog.

I only allow the very best of the the very best to groom and take care of my pomeranian Mr. Snugglesworth. He is a show dog that can only tolorate the most Ritz Carlton level service. This place delivers this without a doubt. The team here is great.

I think the shop recently changed owners but I actually like it better then before! They have wonderful gourmet, fresh treats that even the pickiest eaters will enjoy (trust me, I own three of them)! I recommend the snickerdoodle cookies and the reduced fat beef broth treats...those are my dog's favorites.

I am a customer of It's A Treat's website, and my kids have very much enjoyed the Lookout car seat we purchased from them earlier this year. I ordered the car seat online and it was shipped directly from the manufacturer. This process took approximately 7-8 days. We recently added to our family and were in need of another Lookout car seat. I ordered one online on June 14th from It's A Treat, and it too was being shipped from the manufacturer. After 10 days (June 24th)and not being in receipt of the package, I emailed It's A Treat inquiring as to why I had not received my order, inquiring as to any 'back orders' on the product and requesting that they research the matter and get back with me with an ETA on delivery. I received a response a day later not addressing any of the questions I asked. I responded and reiterated that although I understood that the product was being shipped direct from the manufacturer that they should respond to a customer's inquiries regarding a delay of this nature, and I also let them know that the level of customer service being exhibited was not in line with the type of high end boutique that they are in this market. I AGAIN requested that they research the matter and get back with me. Two days later (6/26) I received my car seat with a packing invoice that stated it was not even ordered until JUNE 25th! This is an unsatifactory way to treat your customers! There was ABSOLUTELY no apology on the part of management. Very disappointing!

This store is great! They no only have all the stuff you need for you pets, but they also have all the pretty things you "want" for them to play and look "cute". Staff were also very helpful during my first visit to the store as I am a new pet owner. I loved their selection of toys. Lovely.
