Did not repair damage as promised
While removing a tree in May, my chain link gate was damaged beyond repair by the Bobcat log hauler. The owner promised at that time to replace the gate (approx. $150). After 6 months of repeated phone calls and emails to remind the owner of his commitment and after being totally ignored, I emailed that I would post a poor review on Kudzu if the gate was not repaired or I was otherwise compensated. I received no response, thus I am posting these comments. There was other damage, but it was caused by removal of the tree and I am not holding them responsible. Please do not hire this company; they are destructive and irresponsible.

No Show No Call
We had a contract to trim a few large trees and they never showed up and never called. When I called them, they siad they were working on other jobs and might be able to come the next week. Totally unacceptableunless you are a huge corporate account or will be spending 1000's of dollars you are not worthy of this vendor's services....

Great Tree Service
I had a tree to fall accross my driveway and within 30 minutes the owner and a crew was out at the property clearing driveway and the next day which was a Saturday the crew had cleaned-up the tree and raked and blown the yard and drive as if no tree had fallen. This is a good company and on the spot service company also I had them check out other trees on the property and quoted them with the same result. I highly recommend J & J Tree Service.They very curtious and helpful.THANK YOU !

Doesn't Finish Work
Original work done Wed. before Thanksgiving. Work not completed. Mr. Parham promised he would complete Monday following Holiday. They broke my Gate and said they would fix that too. I've called numerous times. It's April now & no one has shown up or even called!

" Best in Smyrna "
I had the pleasure of working w/J&J my backyard was washing away and they came in and fixed the problem. They built up my back yard with 6 loads of dirt ,tie wall ,drainage boxes and new fence and a landscape design that was the most exquisive I could have ever dreamed of.
J&J are professional company and a pleasure to work with. HIGHLY recommend !!
