Poor service, highly disorganized, 6/03/2014

This is the first review I have ever posted to anything. Iíve had such a bad experience with this place that I just had to tell everyone. Like another reviewer said, this is the only Ridgid warranty... service center in this area, so I'm stuck with them. And because of that, I will never buy a Ridgid tool again. I hope Ridgid sees this review. I've taken tools in to this company for repair twice, and both times they have been extremely disorganized and unprofessional in the way they handle things. First of all, it takes them about 5 weeks to even test the tool to confirm it is broken. Then, it takes them forever to repair it or get a replacement for you. The entire time, they never call to give any updates, they just force you to have to call. And even when you do call, they're too disorganized to give you a straight answer on the status. Its always: The guy is not here right now who knows, I'll have to call you back. Or, let me check and I'll call you back. Which they only do about 5% of the time. And why does it take so long to get replacement tools/batteries etc? Its always: "They'll be here by the end of the week". 5 weeks later, its still, "They'll be here by the end of the week". If they think its going to take 2 months to get the replacement, I'd feel better about them just telling me that instead of making me believe I will have them in my hands in a few days. On both occasions its taken over 3 months to get my tools back. Just totally unacceptable.
