I purchased wheels and tire for my mini cooper from Auto Addictions/Jack Williams Tire in Whitehall. During my shopping process I stopped at many other stores in the area and AA was by far the most helpful and the only store that showed me more than one or two wheels. Their mechanic did a great job on the install and cleaned the wheels and shined the tires for me, little things like this make the difference. ApexGT3 states he had tires dismounted from his ""brand new wheels"" If they had tires mounted already they could not have been brand new.

There salesman was very helpful finding me the best fit wheels, tires and suspension set up for my vehicle. He took the time to find me something I like in my price range instead of forcing one or two wheels on me like every other store I went to. When I came back for installation their mechanics were very helpful and did a great job on the install. \r

Today's Business is about Customer Service \r\rAuto Addictions and Jack Williams tire has none. I took my Brand New wheels to be dismounted at an agreed upon price. Not only did they charge me more $~115 to dismount 4 tires (yikes), but they damaged 3 of the 4 wheels.\r\rThen the manager Ray had the cojones to blame me and say they were that way when he got them. Duh Did I mention they were brand new? I also ""waxed"" the wheels before I brought them to you dude. so, I don't think so guys. \r\rHe gave me a huge attitude about it all, overcharged and then refused to install the overpriced tires I ordered from them.\r\rVERY POOR Customer Service guys. It's a small town and word gets around. I'm in the service industry and in these economic times we do whatever it takes to earn and keep a customer.\r\rBuyer Beware. Not recommended....
