We had great help when we went out to the showroom to pick out cabinets for a new kitchen island. Victor showed us our choices--he gave us room to pick out what we liked but was always close when we had a question. He helped us pick out exactly the right sizes to suit our needs, answered endless questions, helped us plan around adding electrical outlets and braces for an extended granite countertop, and guided us to foresee additional issues we wouldn't have considered otherwise. We were really pleased and confident with our final decisions. After our contractor installed the cabinets, some of the shelf braces were misplaced, and I called J&K2 to see if they would mail me 16 more. The next day, Victor delivered them himself, as he was in the neighborhood measuring for cabinets. As I told him, "Now *that's* service!" We are happy with our cabinets, especially with the fact everything was in stock, so we didn't have to delay our kitchen remodel at all. I would certainly recommend J&K2. Thanks!

Shortly after J&K installed my countertop Lowes came out to install my my cooktop. A small hairline crack formed in front of the cooktop. Lowes came out to look at it and it appeared to them that someone had attempted to repair the crack (implicating J&K installers). I contacted J&K, told them what was going on and THEY HAVE FLAT OUT STONEWALLED ME! At least Lowe's is acting responsibly. I have looked at the crack hundreds of times and to my untrained eye, I can not determine if a repair was made to the crack. So, we are having an insurance adjuster come out to the house to inspect the crack. If it appears to them that the crack has been repaired (implicating J&K) then I will have no option but to go after them since they will not return my calls. If it turns out to be Lowes problem, they have told me it will be taken care of. All I'm asking from J&K is for is for them to act responsibly and come out to the house ... and they refuse. I could go on about them, their installers and the customer service folks but in the interest of time let me just say ... if I had to do it all over again ... I wouldn't use them.
