JARVIS AUTO REPAIR AND TRANSMISSIONS

Be careful, you get what you pay for. They will stick it to you in the end. All of the reviews that offer free service is to make up for there poor quality of mechanics. They employe a bunch of parts changers at your expense. Be smart take your vehicle to a shop that has all of the latest diagnostic tools, it will save you money in the long run. My overall experience has been a let down.

I really can't imagine what we'd do without Jose and his team at Jarvis Auto Repair. They've been taking care of cars for years. Always, quality work, honest, never trying to sell you service you don't need, and standing behind their repairs - what else could you ask for?

Honesty is probably the hardest thing to come by when it comes to auto mechanics. Everyone is still used to being ripped off that they automatically assume people are being dishonest and just trying to take their money. This mechanic is fantastic and I'll be coming here for as long as they are in business.

The best thing about Jarvis Auto is their honesty! They diagnose issues for free and always give us a fair estimate of the cost. The best part is I am confident that they'll diagnose an issue & fix the problem without "finding" hundreds of dollars worth of other problems too that "have to be fixed NOW." I have never asked that terrible question in the back of my mind, "am I getting screwed right now?" They truly stand behind their maintenance with a wonderful no questions asked guarantee. I will not trust my vehicles with anyone else! Thank you Jose & Monica!

My Honda Odyssey had some red light on the instrument panel. My mechanic whom I trust told me that often Odyssey has that light on when transmission is bad. He run his diagnostic device and the code was "General problem" but according to him it still could be the transmission. Well, I came to Jarvis and they told me that their device showed "Transmission code (TC)", so I must change my transmission. I got suspicious - either my mechanic's device was wrong or them. So I went to another place and their device showed "General problem" code again(not TC). It turned out to be simple switch problem. Apparently, in Jarvis they did not bother to run the diagnostics at all - instead simply telling me to change transmission. Maybe they are good at it, but I don't need to fix something that is not broken and pay big bucks for it!
