I am so shocked to read some of these reviews saying J. Andrews has bad service! Not only do they follow up on the phone for EVERYTHING (fittings, payments, deliveries, etc.) but they also added ME on facebook and have kept in touch with me through there. I went into the salon looking for something very plain, having already been to probably 5 other stores and through probably 30 dresses. Very discouraged, I worried I would never find my dress. After trying on about 5 dresses in the design I was originally after, my consultant made a suggestion to bring one in that she thought would look good on me. After trying it on, I felt like a princess, it was PERFECT and nothing like what I thought I wanted! Thank you J. Andrews for pushing me back into reality and finding the perfect dress for my body type! I was SO happy with it!

I contacted J. Andrews Bridal on line, through one of the designer sites, and requested an appointment. After 2 days with no response, I called and scheudled an appointment. That was a wate of time. When I walked in for my "appointment" at 5pm, it was as if no one was expecting me. The salon was bursting at the seams with dresses and people everywhere. Once I was assigned someone to help me, I explained what I was looking for. We selected a few gowns and I was placed in the smallest dressing room with the evening sun coming in and it was about 90 degrees in the place. While my associate brought other dresses for me to look at and try on, she did not take into consideration that a size 8 or a size 10 probably won't give me a good idea of what I'm looking for. It was as if she listened to nothing that I had said to her. The entire experience was horrible and I could not wait to get out of that store. It's been a week and I have to assume they could care less about my business since no one has followed up with me. Trust me, there was no way I was going back there. I ended up going to Etain Brial Boutique in Ashley Park in Newnan. Penny is fabulous and she actually listened to what I was looking for. In a hour visit, I found the perfect dress!! It will be spectacular for my June 1, 2011 destination wedding!

I didn't have any idea what kind of dress I wanted when I went into J. Andrews just after I had gotten engaged. The staff was incredible, they helped me pick out several silhouettes and narrowed down my seemingly endless options. I found a dress that was beautiful and that I adored, but it wasn't quite THE dress, and when I described why I liked it and why I was hesitant to say it was the right one, my wonderful consultant Sarah disappeared for a moment only to bring back the dress that I ultimately wore on the day I got married! She really listened to what I had to say, as did everyone that I worked with at J. Andrew's. My seamstress fit the dress perfectly for me, my veil and shoes were perfect... I had a great experience. My bridesmaids also got their dresses there, and they all looked absolutely gorgeous. They each chose the styles that they would wear... I had 6 bridesmaids and 6 different dress styles, and they all looked amazing! My matron of honor had found out only days before the orders were placed that she was expecting her first child, and Sarah helped her choose a style and a size that would work for her when she was 6 months pregnant. The long-distance bridesmaids could order their dresses online or over the phone, and the staff was helpful with questions. I live 45 minutes away and probably have a dozen or more dress shops within 10 miles of my house, but the experience I had at J. Andrews was more than worth the drive.

This Bridal shop was so friendly and helpful to work with. I had been shopping all over Atlanta looking for a dress with some type of strap I knew I didn't want strapless and this is the only place that really offered a great selection in every style. The consultant that helped me was so patient and helpful and she was the one who actually found me the perfect dress. I was so pleased with my expierence I had my bridesmaids order their dresses from there as well and they shipped the dresses right to them, saving me the hassle of dealing with it. My Mom found her dress at J.Andrew's Bridal and everyone complimented her on just how perfect the dress was for her. The only bad thing is now that I am married I don't have a reason to go back I hope one of my friends gets married soon so we can shop at J.Andrew's Bridal.

Very unorganized, crowded shop=paid for express shipping, dress arrived late, they forget to schedule our fittings,dress wasn't same fit as tried on. Lost our first tux order, redid and had 6 of 9 tuxes wrong-2 called in measurements were correct, others they measured were off-colors were off,didn't get correct tux until 5:00pm before wedding. The seamstress very friendly but had to fit 6 times to get dress done, still not a professional job. The staff was not apologetic, felt more like we were the problem, after all their mistakes. Not treated with respect after spending too much money here.
