Mediocre Customer Service
Before you use this company make sure you are looking to do major landscaping. If not, they will not be interested in doing business with you. My impression of them was pure arrogance. Jesse is good at communicating, but if it's price you're worried about look somewhere else. JCMS is expensive compared to others.

Never Followed Through
Steve, their designer, came to my home to look at our property and talk about what we wanted to do. After a very pleasant consultation, he said he would get back to me with a proposal. That was the last I heard from him. I called the office about 10 days later to say that I was still waiting for a proposal. Although they assured me that someone would call back, I still didn't receive any response. If a landscaper (or any company) doesn't care to pursue a project, they should at least contact the customer to say so.

Excellent Job, mediocre customer service
We had our front yard relandscaped and Jesse and his crew did a great job. Brother Gabe was more difficult to get ahold of and to come out to the house. Also, we had some plant problems afterwards that had to do with the sprinkler system. Jesse said they'd replace the dead plants. They never came back out, won't return emails or calls about it.

Absolutely Fabulous!
I had my front and back yards fully redone and wanted them ready for a party at my house. They worked long days and sent big crews to make sure they finished in time. The results were spectacular, and I highly recommend JCMS!!!

Beautiful Backyard
Jesse and Gabe did a fantastic job in the design and installation of our new backyard! They completed the job on budget and on time. Would highly recommend them to all!!
