Lady was nice, but left my home & I wasn't quite sure of design. They should leave a drawing or brochure. That was first issue. Installer came 2 weeks later than I was told. My mother was with the installer, while I was at work. The installer was about to leave, when my mother noticed that the window needed a covering to go with the side-panel drapes. The installer said, "oh, the blinds in the truck must be for this house". He installed the blinds. However, I ordered shutters, not blinds. In addition, the installer aligned both ends of both drapes ordered to hang on top of my heat/AC vents. They were installed too wide. The suggestion to my mother was to purchase plastic, directional, heater coverings to push the drapes aside. The ends of the drapes simply need to come in together a few inches. Window coverings $1300 each shouldn't have plastic vent covers! These were installed Dec 7th. It's now Feb 6th. I've called 30 plus times, and talked to a person 3 times. Once to say that no one could come until after Jan to fix my issues, and that my sales rep ordered blinds, not shutters. So I actually paid for blinds. Second contact was to make an appt. Third was the Rep rescheduling. She didn't come to rescheduled appt. I waited ALL DAY LONG. I've called two more times, and still no answer. I've left more messages. I'm heartbroken and frustrated. I will never recommend JCP.
