Beyond terrible
Two weeks of grief. One week to wait for the robo call to finalize an appropriate date. Tech would not go in the attic to look at the wire. Left outdoor panels unconnected and left on first visit. Would not return call. Quoted $2500 to retrench new wire around house because he said new wire could not be pulled thru. Wrong about circuit load. Local tech found problem ( in attic) loose wire $100. NEVER USE THESE GUYS!

High estimate
got a estimate and i thougth it was way to high for a electrical panel upgradegot a local electrician to do it for a way lower pricebut thay wer nice guysgood luck

If I could give a zero, I would!!
The dispatch is friendly but the service is horrible, not timely (4 hours after scheduled) and caused more problems than the ones we started with. They do not have service agents in San Diego even though the website claims they do. They do not stand behind their guarantee with actions! Good luck using them.

I used JESCo on more than 20 occasions over the past 15 years. I find the scheduling, service & professionalism to be the best of all companies that i have used for my properties. I would highly recommend JESCo

Poor Service...
This company was called by the home owners insurance we fall under and NO ONE responded at all for more than 24 hours. Once they did respond an automated system kept calling saying that a technician would be calling. Only problem was that the date they were saying would have been two days later. Needless to say we cancelled the service with them.
If your home owners insurance gives you this as an option I would strongly suggest asking for another option.
