Years ago a falling out with a plumbing contractor left me with an uninstalled hot water heater. I finally got around to calling several contractors, and JMJ had a reasonable price and courteous staff. Unfortunately, the guy who did the estimate miscalculated some aspects of the job, but when it came time for the installation, the owner (Eric?) was true to his original word despite the honest mistake of one of his employees. The guys finished the job on time, on budget, and didn't leave until I was satisfied and well-informed on how to operate the heater. After trying three plumbers over six years' time, I've finally found "my plumber." These guys are definitely worth a call.

JMJ Plumbing upgraded my tank water heater to a tankless. They showed up when they said and did a great job. The guys were so nice and polite. They even took away the old one at no extra charge. We are very pleased.

Had this company come out and quote me a price for sewer repair for my business. they were $3000 over anyone else that quoted me. The owner was extremely rude and arrogant needless to say I will not be using this company no would I recommend them to anyone!

Hired this firm to handle a few small items around the house. Technician came out, reviewed what I needed done and immediately determined he had to have help. Given the hourly rate, do not ask them to go get any parts!! After they finished, one item still doesn't work. Needless to say, I will not be using them again.

I would like to say that I had a problem with my sewer system. My toilets were over flowing and my tub had sewage coming out of the drain. I called JMJ plumbing and they came and found that we had a damaged sewer pipe in the ground. When they udg up the pipe they found that our tree in the front yard had caused the problem. They removed the roots and fixed the pipe cheaper than four other companies that we had called. Thanks for the great work!

I am extremely satsified with the service I received from JMJ Plumbing. I had a problem with my water heater and they were able to fit me in on the same day that I called. The plumbers they sent were very polite. They explained everything to me so I would really understand what was going on. I really appriciate the way they handle everything. I would definetly use this service again.

Tuesday May 15th 2007 Big Greg and Jesse arrived at my home to install a much needed new hot water heater. They worked proficiently and in no time at all my heater was up and running. They cleared away and cleaned the entire area they had been working in. I will never deal with anyone else when it comes to plumbing. Their prices are fair and the quality of work is a 5 star rating!!!!

I had this company JMJ Plumbing replace my water line in 2003. They did a great job and their price was alot cheaper (1400.00 less) then all the rest. In 2005 my water heater was leaking (40 gallon gas) and they put in a tankless. Now I don't have to worry about a flood in my finished basement. I also was informed by them of a 500.00 rebate. I also had a problem in Dec. 2006 and they helped me over the phone for free. I had a stopped up kitchen sink. They are GREAT!

We had JMJ install two tankless water heaters. It was a big job and took all day. When they finished, everything seem to be fine. The holes they drilled through the brick side of the house looked fine and tankless water heaters were working great. Unfortunately we were smelling natural gas all night long due to the plumber not tightning all the gas pipe fittings. In the morning we called and they came right out with a gas leak detector and fixed the problem.

I just wanted to say that i was sorry to get only a two star rating due to a leak on agl's gas line. You seem very happy with the heaters and the work performed. I am glad to see that you also mentioned that we did come back right away when you contacted our office. Thanks
