Took my Civic in for service on a door lock and before my scheduled appointment, I already received a sales call asking me if I wanted to trade my car in or would come in for a test drive. "Missed" two more calls from their main number, one of which resulted in a "follow-up" voicemail. Ignored it. Then started getting calls from a Topeka number. Answered one and it was ANOTHER sales call. Told them not to call again. Didn't even buy my car there, but will NEVER return after this kind of BS.

Dave Blair is very helpful when purchasing a Honda--knows a lot about the product and willing to take time to explain how to use all the new techie stuff. And, he doesn't use the high pressure sales tactics that to me are not helpful and counter productive.
