I bought a car from Jack Frost Jeeps a week ago. I bought is as-is no warranty on one condition. That the brakes and battery and transmission were good to go. I am a pretty trusting person, so I took the managers word for that and of course, that was an error on my part. I go to get it checked out by a mechanic the next day and almost all those things need to be replaced. I call them and they refuse to help me out with the $600 worth of problems I needed to get fixed. Plus the brakes needed in overhaul that day, so I had to get that taken care of. I went in to talk about delaying my payments because I had to pay for the brakes and they basically told me that I was making them upset and they basically cursed me out. They told me that if I didn't pay for the car in two days, they would repo my car. After all that's said and done, I found a way to pay the money, but they bottom line is, I don't think anyone should give Jack Frost Jeeps any kind of business. They are not honest or trustworthy people as they claim to be.
