I found my Certified Pre-Owned TL on a Saturday at Jackson Acura. Reggie Hammond was very helpful and I was able to test drive, inspect and leave a deposit so I could return on Monday to complete the deal. All went well, no pressure, they had my car prepped, detailed, and ready with a full tank of gas on Monday. I've had my 2008 TL for a year and just had my second oil change service at Jackson. They send out service coupons via email and I got a great deal on oil/filter change and tire rotation. In addition, they did a free battery check, wash and vacuum. They have a very comfortable waiting area with refreshments. All in all I highly recommend Jackson Acura.

Never thought I would leave a positive comment about a dealership... Do yourself a favor, buy an Acura and buy it from Jackson. My salesperson was Arthur Melman and he made the experience pleasant with no pressure and no BS. After the sale service is great! When they bring the sales manager into the sale your inner voice is saying "here it comes". Well Eric the sales manager is a straight up champ. By the way this was the used car side of Jackson. If they are that good on the used side imagine what the new side is like. These folks do what they say and do it well. There wasn't any pressure applied...none. To top it all off the Acura RDX is an engineering marvel, a sports car SUV.

I have purchase many cars in my years and after researching my vehicle of choice, I went to Jackson Acura to make a deal. The internet salesman I worked with couldn't have been nicer and actually listened to what I had to say. It was very easy and very clear and the numbers were just what I thought they should be. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I have never been to a dealer that makes you feel so special, whether buying or servicing my MDX.I feel that they really care about giving me a great experience.Everyone says "hello", make yourself at home.Even the owner is out talking to all of the customers.It is an unbelievable experience.I'm hooked.

Purchased a new car from this dealer in January. Straight upfront pricing. The sales person I had didn't played any games. and didn't waste any of my time. I would recommend this place.

this dealer tried to sell me a 2004 acura tl with 49k miles...great condition...auto, navi...for $26k. the only problem was the car had a huge engine problem and had a new transmission just put into the vehicle in feb '07. the only way i found this information was by going to the original dealership and having them pull the service records for the vehicle. Jackson then told me they had no idea of the service...eventhough the gm just moved from the servicing dealership to launch Jackson. Nalley was very helpful and showed me everything that had been done to the vehicle and once I brought this to the attention of the sales rep and manager they tried to get me off the car and on to a new one instead of offering me a better deal. I later saw the same exact car on the road...with a jackson tag and felt sorry for the poor bloke that paid full price for a car that was going to give the owner nothing but headaches...at least jackson got paid...so enjoy your latte while your there because eventuatlly they are going to try and rip you off too!!
