When I want to eat something healthy, what better place to go instead of Panda Express or the restaurants in the food court. Too Greasy! I just wait in line, get my smoothie with added booster shot and I'm ready to go! I mean, of course I can make my own smoothies but I'd rather have Jamba Juice than pizza!!

I used to be Jamba crazy, that is until I would have a large drink and notice that I was shaky afterwards from sugar overload. The biggest problem is the ingredients, they pretend to be so healthy, but as a health guru, I can assure you, they are about as healthy as Mc Donald's!!

Yes, they are healthy and delicious, but the prices are another story. I hate spending so much money on a simple (nutritious) drink! But, if you have the money, splurge.

This place is the bomb! The smoothies taste like desserts (for those of you who have a sweet tooth, like I do) but they are non-fat, and less that 400 calories (less than a third of my daily calorie allowance) and they truly FILL YOU UP! The people here knew me by name after only two visits - they're great and I look forward to going. I go there at least three times a week (sometimes more) and often get two or three for the day or the next day. If you tell them you're going to freeze them for the future - they make them special so when they thaw, they taste "just made".

Jamba Juice is an efficient & tasty way to satisfy your daily vitamin requirements . All the juices are full of vitamin C, & come in big cups that are a good value for a limites budget. They also have gift certificates that make healthy presents!

Jamba Juice is a great place for delicious smoothies! You can even order 100% fruit smoothies with very little sugar! My favorite is the Banana Berry. It such a refreshing and filling drink on a hot day!

My favorite smoothies come from Surf City, but I do like their granola smoothies for a hearty breakfast. They are filling enough for two meals if you have a freezer to store them in.
