I've known James 9 years and not only is he a great Realtor, but he's a smart and honest guy who knows the market. He's also lived in Encinitas forever and knows North County well. He goes to all lengths to learn about the house you want to buy or sell, and his suggestions for pricing are spot on. I highly recommend him!!!!

We are very impressed with James. He is personable and professional. You can tell he does his homework because he is very knowledgable about the R. E. market in this area. He keeps his promises and gets back to us with answers to our questions in a timely manner. We are so glad he's our realtor!
