Go elsewhere
We went on a Sunday night. It took 15 minutes after we sat ourselves to get a menu. 30 minutes to get our 2 cokes we ordered. 55 minutes and our appetizer arrived and after an hour and 20 minutes or food arrived. I had the fish and chips and the fish was way overdone and should have been sent back but I feared another hour wait. French fries tasted like they had sat around all day and reheated(recycled). I asked for extra tartar sauce and my wife extra dressing, neither of which we ever got.

I wanted out of this place so I got smart and asked for my check when the entree was delivered. This startegy didn't work as I still had to wait 10 minutes after we were finished for the check.

Management's excuse for poor service was a big group in front of us. BS I say as the food that was delivered was garbage as well. The waitress appeared terribly disorganized.

If they couldn't handle the small crowd that was there on a Sunday night, imagine if the were really busy. 2 hours we were there with a simple order - Appetizer, Fish and Chips for me, Cobb salad for the wife and 2 cokes.

Far better places out there to eat with decent service

Good Brunch
We really enjoyed our brunch at James Joyce. Everything was really tasty. The service is a little hit or miss.

Great place to go hangout.
I had the fish and chips and my wife had the reuben. The service was a little slow. Have some drinks kick back and relax. We will come back, but don’t be in a hurry.

Great local pub
Great local pub, yummy salads, sandwiches, great beer selection. Service is gret and atmosphere is fun for a laid back local place. Trivia on Thurs nights is always fun

Good Pub Food
We visit James Joyce about once a week on average and would highly recommend the pub food menu. The dinner specials are fine, but the pub food seems to be a better value (in my opinion) and is what an Irish pub should be known for anyway. We usually order the chicken fingers and fries, gyro, or (turkey) reuben. The brunch, particularly the biscuits and gravy and breakfast burrito, is also REALLY yummy :)
